Excellent location. Lovely view from our second-floor porch/balcony, complete with comfy chairs. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from our perch. Nice reclining chairs in room. Very comfortable and clean.

Nothing not to like! Heads-ups: Parking is tight, but they make it work - avoid bringing a bigger truck or SUV if you can. Also, there isn't much "convenience" shopping in the immediate area, so stop for snacks, bottled water, wine, etc. before you get there.

The room was beautifully updated, and nicely appointed w/good Keurig coffee service (w/real 1/2&1/2!), cute towels, and soap and shampoo wall pumps in the bathroom. AC worked great, as did blackout curtains for AM sun. Sundeck was cute and comfortable with awesome viewing of the marina. The pool was nice (wonderful after a hot day walking around), and comfortable patio chairs and table right outside the room were perfect for an afternoon break. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we found enough outlets for chargers, although an exension cord might be helpful if you have a laptop or kids handhelds. Good sized mini-frig and a mini-micro, both were perfect. The view was spectacular, and location perfect for walking around and dining in the historic section. Definitely enough room for us with 2 adults and a teen-ager, and a good value for what we needed. Free parking was much appreciated! We will definitely be back (c:

Parking!!! we had to drive around for about a half hour looking for parking. Finally someone left and we got a spot. Also this room for some reason had a horrible bed. It was hard and rough to sleep on.

If you don’t park and stay there all day someone may take the spot and they have no extra parking. You’d have to park in the center of the lot or the parking garage which you’d have to pay and it’s about a block or so from the hotel.

It was walking distance from everything downtown and the historic area. Able to park at the hotel and just walk. It was about a 10 minute walk or less from the Castillo de San Marcos Monument and downtown. About 15-30 minute drive to the lighthouse, alligator Farm and beach.

We stayed the end of March and the AC could not cool the room. I read that in other reviews but needed to see it for myself. I did not report the issue as we left at 6 AM. The bed was horrible. Made a noice with every turn you made and was so hard. Parking is horrible BUT they allowed us to park on site in a “no parking” spot because there was nowhere else to park on site.
