You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our room was in the 9th floor, an updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Beds are comfortable. Couch and chairs are standard hotel furniture. nothing special. porch is big enough for the two plastic chairs and tables.

The kitchen and living room area were nice. Balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. No issues with parking or noise.

The location was ideal and close to everything in North Myrtle. I loved how it felt very welcoming! It has such a 90s feel to it and brought so much warmth with it. The beach was very clean and you have a pretty good view from your room. -Friendly and professional front desk staff -Full-size kitchen -Good size bathroom

United States of AmericaGave me a room with no balcony, the entire hotel stank like mildew. 2nd floor room directly in front of the pool no privacy at all. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time due to visitors at the pool.
Nothing went well from check in until checkout. I asked the manger for a refund for my remaining nights. They refused.

United States of AmericaCeiling constantly dropped ceiling residue all over. The sliding glass door leaked water when it rained, we had to pack it with towels. We weren’t aware that studio apartments didn’t have a balcony, didn’t like that but that’s no fault of theirs.
