Bed was a bit soft to our taste (ours is quite firm, so perhaps an unfair comparison). Bathtub is clean and not a problem to use, but it could do with a repaint.

The apartment was reasonably well located, quick walk to calle ocho and quick bus ride to downtown Miami. Everything clean, the apartment easy to access and hosts easy to contact.

Bathtub is in need of repair , seems like it was painted at some point and now it’s peeling. Bed in primary room(queen) lumpy , not comfortable. More clear instructions about locks on doors (all). Other guests upstairs can be heard walking etc.

The apartment could have been a little cooler, especially through the night. It's rough coming home to a hot apartment after walking around in the heat outside. A ceiling fan in the rooms would help also.

The location of the apartment was excellent; walking distance from the stadium. The inside of the apartment was nice and cozy. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable!

The apartment is slightly aging, and the bathroom's tub needs a refresh. However, the cleanliness, tidiness, and responsiveness of the team make this a great option!

Great communication, easiest check-in process, great apartment for a family of 3/4 people. It's not a luxury place, but it's clean and tidy. I would recommend it!

The air condition is fully automated so if you are used to turn it off completly for example at night - it will not be possible.

Great and helpful hosts! The apartment is very well equipped. If there was anything needed or we had any questions, we got immediate contact and support. You get even dishwasher cubes and washing powder. There is a parking place dedicated for this appartment. WIFI is working fine, rooms are clean The apartment is located around 10 min walk from bus stop. You can get to MetroMover in 30 min, cheapper than taxi.

Marlins Park Suites is in an active residential neighborhood without any stores or shops close by but, really, that was not much of a problem at all. In fact, Little Havana was an interesting place to be for a couple of days. It was like being in another country, but right here in Flirida.

We came to Miami to go to a couple of Marlins games. Marlins Park Suites was perfect for that, just a short and pleasant walk to the ballpark. We didn’t have to worry about parking because our suite included a parking space in back.

It was easy to get to and from airport. We went to Marlins game, easily walked the 2 blocks. The staff was friendly and notified us that facility was available for early check-in which worked out great.

I arrived after midnight and had not received instructions on how to enter the property. I was not able to get in touch with anyone and had to get a hotel for the first night. This was my fault, I should have made sure I knew the instructions before it got too late. I spoke with the owner the next day and they were very apologetic and were quick to offer me a full refund for the first night and offered extra snacks or even a free late check out. Apparently, you should receive instructions for check-in after you sign the rental agreement through booking.com. If you have any issues, the owner is quick to accommodate. Over-all It was a great experience. Would highly recommend.

The Property Owner was very accomodating. My flight was delayed 1 day due to weather and the owner gratefully moved my stay out 1 day without any issues. The property was very clean and perfect for a family. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and even a toaster oven, toaster, and blender. There was even a washer and dryer, which comes in handy with kids. When I arrived after midnight and was not able to get into the property, the owner was quick to refund me the first night to cover a hotel.
