The only issue I had is that there was some type of construction/roofing work being done inside the parking garage and the debris and dust fell all over the cars. This was unexpected and unprofessional and the resort should have considered informing those who stayed in the parking garage to move their vehicles prior to the work starting.

The property was very close to the beach, clean, pleasant and overly competent staff made the stay memorable. The room was beautiful upgraded to executive suite which was spacious, clean and with a great partial ocean view.

My only real disappointment was the size of the pool, I had seen other reviews on this but after I booked, and truthfully it is really small. My son still loved it, and it was a comfortable temp, just not what I was hoping for when I booked our getaway. Also nothing to do with the hotel, but this was our first trip to Hollywood beach and I would not go back and wouldn’t call it family friendly.

Overall a great hotel, staff was wonderful, loved the extras like the slushies by the pool for kids and champagne and snacks in the afternoon. We also really enjoyed the few meals we had at Latitudes restaurant, especially the breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfy, balconies extremely small we didn’t really use ours.

It’s old and a bit run down. It needs an overhaul and updating of everything. Balcony and balcony chairs were dirty, and balcony doors were corroded and dirty. The breakfast was ok. The food came out quickly, but was cold and tasted like powdered eggs.

Should consider a shuttle or bus for the airport and hard rock stadium - should not charge as much a night for a king corner with a partial view on lower levels - there’s almost no view

The room was spacious and clean. We had a king with partial ocean view and canal view. Overall, it was comfy and nice.

Overall hotel property showing it age. Lobby, elevators & room/floor corridors require updating. Feels like 1970s. Smelly carpets, dated deco & furniture, aging building. No vending machines. Indoor portion of restaurant needs desperate renovations - feels way to closed in, dark - not inviting.

The building’s quite old and could use an update. The pool’s relatively small too. The room service menu is all very heavy and could use a few lighter options added. Also it seems like the only place to smoke is out the front of the building which doesn’t look good; having a smoking area would prevent this.

The location’s great and the staff are very friendly. Nice views of the beach and there’s plenty to do in the area.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and in the perfect location! Beds were super comfortable and the shower and water pressure was amazing! Views off the balcony we’re gorgeous. We were located in the perfect spot close to pool, beach, shopping, restaurants. It was fantastic!
