Elevators were slow. Floor 20 felt like you were waiting too long. People sleeping on street outside. Was very sad.

Close to beach. Starbucks on site. ABC store had everything Daily activities. Kids learned to hula, made fresh leis. Entertainment was good.

The pillows were terrible. This was my only problem. Wish we had been given a choice of firm or soft.

I would stay here again as our stay was comfortable and we loved our room and the view. Our initial contact with the reception desk upon check in was very helpful as our room we had arranged was not ready and they were quick to accommodate us with a change. As Marriott members we requested a late check out which seemed a problem for the staff member we were dealing with. I am so sorry I didnt get her name. She wanted us to vacate our room and move somewhere else which didnt fit in with our plans for our last day and she was quite rude. I left the desk and rang the desk from our room and spoke to another member of staff requesting our late check out and nothing was a problem for them at all. Should have rung the desk in the first place but thought it would be better to speak face to face. It was not

Pool is quite crowded most of the times. Elevators can also be slow during busy times. Not much privacy on the balcony/lanai and you can basically see everyone else's balcony.

Room was large and clean. Ocean view from balcony/lanai was wonderful. Staff was very helpful when we got locked out of the room. The battery of our door's card reader died and they fixed it immediately for us. Location was also great as it's right across the street from the beach.

Parking is expensive and it is taxed for a garage tax when the cars are parked on the lot in front of the hotel.

The marketing is very deceptive when booking your stay here when it comes to Ocean Views. A premium Ocean View sounds like the best room they would have but it is not. You have to stand on the balcony and look around the corner to view the Ocean. The best room here is an Ocean Front room which was deceptive online and not explained. When I mentioned to the resort, they said they can switch our room but only for the last night of our stay because they were all rented out. Also, the fact the hotel has no room service available was not good.

A/C was a bit loud in the room. One of the elevators wasn't working, so it took a while to get up and down during busy times. The water fountain wasn't working in the gym for several days, it's warm there so water was really needed by all the guests using the gym.

The room was nicely renovated, comfortable bed, excellent service in all areas. Gym was nicely equipped. Nice views from our room and the pool area.

Wish the beach was wider. I wish there was more to that could be done to help the homeless and mentally ill that's there.

Everything was awesome, beautiful and peaceful. Great place to unwind and refresh. Helen my housekeeper was amazing, very helpful and thoughtful all the time.

A great hotel to stay at Waikiki area. The location is perfect. The beaches nearby are very good. Many places to eat and drink are around. The room is nice and clean. The view was just excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little hard. No microwave anywhere. Most shops closed, hot tub closed, large pool closed. Parking $45 a day at hotel.

Only one of several restaurants open for breakfast and none open for lunch. Maybe it is COVID left over. Pool that was open was a little small (this crowded). Renovations on other pool meant no hot tub

I did like it alot but it wasn't perfect. Internet TV was on and off. Only negative for the few hours I was in a room. Overall 9/10

Everything. Rooms were spacious. View(ocean view room but somehow also mountain as well) was spectacular. House keeping was wonderful and the walk to the beach was 60 seconds. Activities at the resort as well as help with off hotel excursions.

I did not like the fact that the elevators would sometimes be so crowded I would have to take the stairs and the long lines at the front desk
