The building was exceptionally clean and obviously well cared for. The location was ideal for our visit to Frankenmuth. Our room was a reasonable size, the bathroom was stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and body wash. The AC worked beautifully. Beds and linens were comfortable. We were provided with a wonderful afternoon cocktail hour with a variety of drinks and charcuterie items available, and we sat comfortably on couches and chairs off the lobby. Breakfast was delicious - everything we could have asked for and staff members went out of their way to make us feel Welcomed. One of my best hotel stays anywhere!

The room was pretty standard but well maintained and super high ceilings. Covered parking onsite was easy to find and use. The location was perfect for walking the main street and close to all the attractions. When we come back to Fankenmuth we will be staying here for sure.

When we walked in we immediately liked what we saw. The German décor was wonderful. The lounge area was spacious and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find out that there was a "Happy Hour" with complementary appetizers and drinks. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was plentiful and a good selection of breakfast foods. All staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Service staff was very nice and helpful. Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Location is excellent. Within walking distance of main shopping area and restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and the pictures did not do it justice. They had a cocktail hour between 5 and 7 with complimenry drinks and snacks. The breakfast was very good. The staff was fantastic! Free parking and you can park until 2 the day of check out.

Beautiful hotel located in a gorgeous setting. Our first room overlooked the river and we decided ro stay a 2nd night and we're moved to a city view room with a balcony. We preferred the river view but it was pretty quiet when we were there. The breakfast choices offered a great variety and the scrambled eggs were outstanding. Hotel was very charming and both rooms had different excerpts from the life and history of Marv Herzog. Will recommend to friends ( already done) and the whole little town was well worth the visit
