The room wreaked of cigarettes so badly that we kept the air conditioning on the whole time to circulate air. The smell gave us headaches, but there was no way to get it out. This was the only major problem we had.

Location was great- right outside of Savannah. The cleaning person also kept us stocked with clean towels each day. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious and a great value for our money.

The room had a moisture and smoke smell and the sheets had burns from cigarettes. We arrived 1 hour earlier before check in time and staff was very inflexible to provide us with a room. We then asked for the wifi password while we were waiting at the lobby and told us that they will give it to us after our check in!!! Very poor customer service and we paid $254 for 2 nights. The most expensive motel that we stayed so far. It was not value for money.

The walls are very thin….meaning I could hear beating/framing noises all night…also had an unexpected knock at our door @3:30 AM went to look and they were gone…very odd and unsettling…need air fresheners in rooms they smell stale/shut up

Breakfast was over at 9:00am. So at 9:10 everything was cleaned up, not even coffee. Other hotels in this chain have breakfast till 10am & have coffee out longer. We were touring the city that day so took our time to get ready.

Entering the facility hallway and smelling the stale smoke scent the minute yu hit the door turned me off Right Away to want wanted ever stay there again. Even with a Non smoke room ,our clothes smell like smoke when we came home. Secondly, the mattress was smaller than the bed frame. The corners of the Bed frame was sticking too far out where someone getting out the Bed they would knock their knee or leg on the corner of the Bed which can cause a Lawsuit. Since their business is based part on the Econony of Tourists. They should ensure the Hotel's reputation of Health and Safety of their Guests. I suggest yu Clean Carpets in Hallways And Sanitize All Rooms: Change Air Filters to make yur facility a Non Smoking Hotel. Furthermore, they should Advise All Smoker's Guests go outside to smoke in a Designated Area to ensure a Healthy clean environment for Non Smokers.; As for me, will Not visit again unless I can inspect the Smell of the inside of the facility and room.

I requested a non smoking room but when I walked in the entire room smelled like old cigarette smoke and tar. Luckily I always have a bottle of Febreeze in my car.

It was good for the price. It was a last minute find so I didn't have high expectations. I've stayed at several hotels because I travelled a lot for work but this was my first Econolodge.

The receptionist had a very hard time finding my reservation and then sent me to a room that hadn't been cleaned that day and the people are noisy and there are roaches

Nonsmoking building smells like cigarette smoke. One of the beds was unmade when I entered the room. Need upgrades.

Hotel seems to be very well organized. Everything I needed was already in the room when I checked in. Very quiet my stay here
