Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I felt offended handing my id respectfully to the staff, but when it was time to receive my id back, it was thrown in the box. ouch, call me sensitive, but i believe in both the customer and the employee should have a mutual respect for one another. Nothing big that will stop me from coming to the Master's Inn, just something that should be looked at in the future. Another thing, these ice machines on the other floors are not working, which means my journey from other floors that are not on the first floor (because that's the only floor the ice machine works) much longer and inconvenient.
What I like about it, no one bothers me and the air-condition works pretty well.

WoW” The rude and disrespect need to stop the black lady in the morning is very rude she doesn’t have know respect for know one not even her self good customer service is the key maybe it’s time for master inn too think things over let her move on to a warehouse job because she doesn’t have any good customer service bad energy that type of person needs to be in the back door and someone with some good energy smiling and greeting customers needs to be in customer service front desk not for her.

No way to warm up food. Housekeeping staff didn't really clean bathtub/shower always. I was able to get the same room for two weeks, but had to "check out" about 3 different times. I purposely didn't clean tub once, (it was not noticable at first glance), it was still the same, after "checking in" again, but clean towels were there.
It was easy to book reservations. It was close to where I was working at the time. The bus stop was nearby.

The beds are very uncomfortable only had 3 pillows on a king size bed with 2 adults in room. Only had towels for 1 person. The tv remote did not work on tv had get up and change channels by the tv. No fridge or microwave.
The room was a nice size king size bed in room. Very clean room and bathroom. The pool looked very clean but we did not use. Free wifi and parking. The outside was clean and up keep was clean. Had security on site.

You could smell the stale cigarette smoke in the room. Also, the room has no fridge, no coffee machine, no microwave.
It was clean and basic, good for one night.

My daughter room wasn’t clean when she got in there. My other daughter’s room AC was leaking. The towels there were really cheap and hard.

You have to pay extra for a room with a basic microwave and fridge that should be listed when we are booking tf . Also Sunday - Wednesday is only 165 if you walk in and pay I paid 235 such a scam booking.com wow shame on you

Some people checked in with kids and let them run all night and all day in the room and in the breezeways disturbing other guests the property did nothing
