Prices are very expensive though I suppose standard at this time in Florida staff was efficient polite and business like but not very friendly or apt to engage in conversation. You need a car to get other places. Not a walkable area on a single dead end Residential street that leads to a main busy route lacking sidewalks for comfortable pedestrian use. .

Very clean room. Was an efficiency apt. Recently remodeled. . quiet location on bay with dock. Swimming pool and grounds clean and comfortable to relax in chairs and lounges on property. Each unit has a private porch or balcony facing pool area.

Wished maybe little more walking distance to town or beach but it was good!!!!

Didn't notice the $60 cleaning fee until after I had checked out. The ceiling fan was very noisy all night long. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next door talking at a normal voice.

After hours check in was extremely easy, all completed online or via phone. The room had a full size refrigerator and a stove, with kitchen utensils

Good quiet location on a beautiful waterway. Delicious small town eats nearby. Nice staff! We will definitely return someday if it’s in the cards!

Super clean, very comfortable, a really great space. The grounds are great, a pool, family area and dock for watching beautiful sunrises over the river. Highly recommend.

The floors inside are very pritty the whole place was very nice to stay in. Very clean. The staff was also very nice . They have kayaking thats free as well, and they give you info on great restaurants. It's all around a very nice place to stay. They have a nice view of the water, and the pool is super clean. Keep in mind because I overlooked this as well. You can not smoke on the patio. I was super excited to be able to sit out on the porch and smoke/relax, but they are very strict on the no smoking other than designated areas.

Excellent stay! Rooms were clean, large, and well stocked. The decorations are stylish. The property and grounds are well maintained. Lots of little features like wifi and kayaks. Easy boat docks, pet friend.

Small beds. AC problems every day. Small pool. No beach. No TV in bedroom.

Quiet location mixed in residential area. Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished.

It had ants even though the owner said that they had pest control to stop it in the prior week. Also had booked a property for 7 people and 3 bathrooms but they had no such property so we had to take a property with 2 bathrooms. Pretty far away from Naples beach

That I couldn't get a hold of anybody until after my stay was up even though I got there at 5:00 p.m. and was on the phone for 2 days to figure it out and didn't get a response until my checkout day and then finally two and a half weeks later I got a full refund of my stay because they manager dipped out on them and they were going through some changes and totally understand they could that happens but I'm just glad they made it right with me and it was a beautiful place and I will more than welcome to go back and say again I hope to get my room that I want so I can watch that beautiful sunset drop and enjoying the beautiful room with my loved

It was a beautiful place but they are in the process of transferring over managers so when I got there I didn't get the room I was supposed to get but they did make it right with me so I got to give him credit and that's all that matters

Housekeeping kept laundry machines occupied every day, only one working dryer, would be nice if housekeeping could wash facility towels and bedding somewhere else so guests could use the machines.

Saltwater pool, cleanliness, bed was so cozy
