To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I also didn't like there was a huge space between the door and floor. I'm sure everyone could hear me being grown if walking down the hall. Also, the lock on the door doesn't work properly.

United States of AmericaThe manager was very rude the 1st morning. We arrived to breakfast 8:50 thinking breakfast ended at 10:00. The staff had already begun closing the breakfast while we were getting our coffee. My husband went to make a waffle and was told he couldn't. Another guest was there wanting to make one as well. The manager proceeded to argue for 20 minutes that we could not make the waffles because it was closing. She told the other guest she was not going to listen to what he had to say!! Very unprofessional!! She finally decided we could have a waffle. It was so unnecessary for her to waste 20 minutes !!!
The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size.

United States of AmericaIt was supposed to be a non-smoking room but when I opened the door, it reeked of smoke. I had to go to the grocery store and buy Glade and sprayed two cans just to get the smell out, but it kept returning. Some of the furniture was very worn and dirty-looking so I did not sit on it.
Rooms were clean and the place was quiet. Bathrooms have been renovated and are much nicer now than my last stay.
