The location was perfecto! Within 1 mile of Kehei Rental cars (always support local) also KRC will drive you to and from the airport because they run every hour on the hour, close to 2 food truck parks, numerous beautiful beaches, and grocery stores. Nalu's restaurant and Maui Pie are also a must. The room had everything one would need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc. The grounds were kept immaculate, the gym was small but had everything you could need. This small room slept my family of 5 with a futon couch bed, and another twin bed along with 1 master bedroom. Would stay again.

Apartment clean & had everything that was listed on the listing. Mckenzie point was a great viewing point to see the whales.The hotel complex was well kept with the barbecue areas & swimming pool well maintained.

One supply that we really think should be included is soap for the washer. For every other need we found supplies.

The condo was very comfortable, clean, ready for use. The grounds are well kept and the closeness of Waipui’lani Park is nice. We used the tennis courts several times. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella were excellent.

In order to circulate air in this condo you need to open window or door towards the corridor and than you can hear people passing in the night.

Beach in front of hotel is very narrow and full of rocks/corals. Nice if you walk long beach walks but not comfortable for swim. Hotel has very good location, surrounding is not crowded, shops are nearby and commute to most locations was reasonable. Room was spacious with plenty of storage space, beach chairs, and even some snorkeling gear (though not sure of its quality as we used our own).

I know it’s a slippery slope, but you could leave some common items that the previous guests left. Example: laundry detergent, zip lock bags, spices, etc. Also the tv in b305 master would not work (other than the volume and power) in the master bedroom. Had to manually change channels.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the furniture was just a tad outdated, or just needed a little maintenance. Definitely not a deal breaker.

The space was pretty good for the trip. When it was time to relax, it felt relaxing enough. Everything functioned fairly well despite its apparent age(not a deal breaker for us). BBQ grills were a really nice touch along with the carts to load and unload bags/groceries. Supermarkets are within a short walk (8mins or so). Overall I feel like I would come back and stay here again in the future. Washing machine in the unit was just icing on the cake.

The beach was a little rocky for our kids. We visited other beaches to spend the day.

The checkin lady was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to know anything about the resort or surrounds. We had just travelled from New York, it was a very hot day. Although we got there before checkin time, she couldn’t offer any place to store our bags but to go and sit around by the pool. It was way to hot so we had to try and find some shade. She omitted to tell us that there were toilet facilities and a ice machine at the pool. In fact every guest we spoke to stated they didn’t know there were toilets in the pool area. They r not signposted and we only found them by accident a few days later. We also asked if there were any shops nearby which she states there was not. Surprise surprise they were only about two blocks away.

The air conditioning was less than impressive. The room would get uncomfortable at night. Also the AC shuts off after 4 hours and you have to reset it.

Very modern clean condo. Definitely better than I expected. Good location but you are going to need a rental car to really explore the island.

The A/C was kind of annoying. it was on a 4hr timer, which meant in the middle of the night it would shut off and become pretty warm in the rooms

The Location/View was amazing. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony that overlooked the ocean.

Just 1 incident : we did not know that housekeeping was supposed to come in without noticing as normally, for 5 nights, they dont come. And they came in just to use our vacuum cleaner. The point is that they left the main door wide opened all day long as we came back at 9pm. We were frightened specially the kids as we thought there was a thief inside or that we had been robbed. Everything was ok except the vacuum cleaner that had been moved. Just wanted to share the experience in order to spread the message and be careful.

Everything was great : very convenient situation, the condo is well equiped with everything you need to spend a good time. It was clean and comfortable.

- bedroom too bright, some real curtains might help - noisy in the morning, those damn chickens are even heard on the fourth floor, starting 03:00 AM...

+ Wonderful appartment with great view + The most comfortable sofa-bed ever + Perfectly equipped kitchen + Very neat hotel facilities; shuffleboard/tennis/games etc.

I guess the part of the coast isn’t a swimming beach but hey you can still see water and are literally on the water so not complaining

Honestly there is nothing to complain and if I visit Maui again, definitely this resort is on top of my stay list. As you wanted candid feedback, one thing I did not like is there is overhead of about 25% of initial quote w.r.t the final price but I see that it's common for all most all listings.

Excellent location; Pleasant ambience; Free parking; Essential amenities for a family stay; less than 5 minute walk to beach and enjoyed sun sets almost every day.
