The BBQ’s, while very clean, were not at all effective for cooking.

The location is fantastic-very short walk to the beach, close to grocery store & downtown Kihei. Large pool, hot tub, mini golf, tennis courts, and shuffleboard on site. Units all have a view. Place looked a bit older, but very well maintained. Our unit, 515, was very clean and stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and pool towels. Kitchen also had plenty of dishes & cooking equipment.

We arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed. The person from security who provided keys and instructions could be nicer, he didn't make us feel welcome at all.

Apartment was well equipped, location is very nice, has two bathrooms which was very convenient.

Receptionist the couple of times I went into the office was not very helpful. Curt. Could certainly be more customer focused. A few items within the unit didn’t work. Can lights over bar. AC unit in living room didn’t work well. Glass in coffee table missing but new glass showed up while I was there. Chain lock on front door broken (but that may have been intentional.

Excellent location on the water. I enjoyed running on the back street along the water every morning. The services of the concierge was super! Really appreciated Hilton. Appreciated having some devices to use in the water. Appreciated having the gym and the pool to use.

Air conditioning could only be programmed to run for 4 hours max, which means we woke up in the night because it got to hot in the room

No real problems exceptttttt the hot tub could have a longer timer. Big deal.

When you first drive up to this condo it looks like a 5 story motel with the doors facing the parking lot. But once you open the door and look out the balcony you realize this place is a diamond in the ruff. The the grounds are perfect with 6 gas bar-b- ques 2 tennis courts a pool and hot tub. The beach is sandy with very little lava rock and you can still walk on it at high tide. In my condo they had a safe. They have security at night .

The beach is very rocky. Tried to swim in it once but the water was murky and rocky. We ended up going to other beaches.

The views are amazing, grass and grounds are so well upkeep. The grass is like a golf course. Pool was close and very clean.

Bed could be a little bit softer but wasn't bad. There weren't many pans for cooking in our unit but we did have everything else we needed to dine in when we wanted. Ocean toys were also provided.

Very easy check in at the office. Room was very clean and had a great view of the ocean from our 4th floor balcony. The pool area is great and location is perfect right on the ocean and close to town

The four hour timers on AC were annoying, AC for the main area worked but is very tired. Ceiling fans are worn or stuck on low speed making them less than useful. Overall unit was still comfortable.

Unit A214 was very clean and comfortable. After hours security did a great job of getting us access given we had only booked 20 minutes earlier. Unit had everything that was described in the listing.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything was great, the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need during your stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing and dryer machine, beach chairs, towels, good WiFi, TV with streaming apps. My apartment had a great balcony with partial views of the ocean and the gardens. The area is very nice, the Condo is right on a beautiful beach park to watch the sunset. There are a few shops and stores close to the Condo, and you can even walk to them. I totally recommend Maui Sunset!

Electrical switches in odd locations, not always obvious what they controlled, light bulbs out in some lamps Very little instruction provided about expectations for how to leave the room upon checkout. Room layout a bit congested - Entry door leads into narrow hall which also feeds the two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Although the accommodation is perfect, your receptionist is quite negligent with the customer. I asked her two things about my stay and she didn't even bother to sort it out, just telling me to call the management. I was very tired from the trip and still with a child (my son!) and she just told me to call someone and there was nothing she could do.

The apartment is complet. The facilities of the hotel are great. The location is amazing!

The location is fantastic. It’s on the beach with great view. We didn’t use the shared bbq equipments but think they are a great idea. Parking is ample and easy. The facilities are dated but clean
