The location was absolutely amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was just a walk across the street. Communication was excellent and the property was great and very accommodating to our needs. Beach chairs and everything you might need for the beach was available to us!❤️❤️❤️

Great location for the beaches and the rest of the island. Nice to have chairs and umbrella for beach life. Easy parking.

Didn’t receive communication prior to arriving on how to get into the property or what number it was and the security guard had no information about us arriving so spent a while trying to contact the owner, not easy when your phone doesn’t work abroad, luckily the security guard was really helpful and let us use his phone. The bedroom window could be changed to prevent the noise from both birds in the morning and other guests walking past talking loudly, rather woke us until on a number of occasions The sofa is very uncomfortable, as we were feeling under the weather we came back and sat to chill in the lounge but it wasn’t very comfortable Host offered $50 money back to give a 10/10 which then doesn’t give a true reflection of the property to other guests.

Perfect location being close to the bars and restaurants, get the Maui happy hour app which shows you the deals on in each town, perfect for walking to and enjoying the deals Short walk to the beach which has the most gorgeous sunset Loved the beach cupboard which had bodyboards, beach chairs and snorkels to use which came in really handy during our stay

Great location with lots of amenities. So nice to just walk out the door and be at a premiere beach. Extremely well build units were very quiet, never heard next door or upstairs neighbors. Amazing place for couples or small family. Would definitely recommend.

Needs to be painted, we were not in building 1, they put us in building 2 which was a walk to the beach. But they did make good on that mistake

The condo is big enough for two of us. Very clean and remodeled. The owner is very nice and helpful.

There was only one face cloth. There were no hand towels and no kitchen towels. The beach chairs are worn and the straps on one were broken. One of the patio chairs was broken. The boogie board was broken. The kitchen was stocked but not with quality cookware. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The unit itself was perfect for our needs, but the accessory items undoubtedly need updating.

The location was fantastic. The communication with the staff was clear and prompt. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The towels and linens were clean.

I enjoyed the location and the availability of activities (tennis, swimming pool/beach, restaurants). I also enjoyed how the owner provided extra things to use like boards, balls, and things such as chairs for beaches.

They were quick to react and compassionate. They care about their guests. Foam bed is excellent for great sleep. Lots of tv channels to choose from. Plenty of parking. Location close to everything.

This unit was perfect for our needs, great location right near the beach and restaurants. Some shopping nearby, too. Taco Tuesday at Fred's was fun and sunset right across the street. Washer and dryer, much appreciated as well as the snacks and coffee provided when we arrived. Very good communication with the staff also. The place had all that we could ask for, and we can't wait to come back to Kihei.

We loved this condo and are looking forward to coming back! Kihei is our favorite area on Maui and we come every year or 2. This place has a Great location right near restaurants and shopping and an awesome beach! Fully stocked unit and really great responsive management. Super comfortable bed, fun pool and friendly neighbors! We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this unit.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LISTING. USE ANOTHER COMPANY (like abb) IF YOU ARE SET ON GOING TO MAUI VISTA. Condo (#1123) and facilities were not AT ALL as shown in the listing photos. Kitchen was dated, garden view was a parking lot view, pool was about 25 ft in diameter, not the one as shown in listing , curtains were torn, I said hello to at l2 cockroaches in the kitchen every morning. Expected a MUCH nicer place than what we got for more than $400/night. Also, be really careful with the reviews. It appears that the owner bribes people who give low ratings to change to higher ratings.Unfortunately I don't see the any photos I posted in the review but you can email me at cawilen AT yahoo dot com to compare with what the owner posted. After I posted my review I got this message from the owner via the unit's manager, "the owner let me know that you let a review with 5/10. He's asking that you will change it and if you must review the pool do so on TripAdvisor(I think he meant booking.com). He will send you $100 gift". Of course I said no. And I changed my rating to 4. You can read his response but know that he is lying by saying all the reviews are true. Well, I guess at least one is.

WiFi was good. Location was excellent to get to beaches and restaurants. Roomy. Washer and dryer. Local contact was helpful.

The toilet didn't work. We asked to fix it, and the owner promised to fix it the next day, but he never did. There were several bugs everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The apartment conditions and future are very old and deteriorated. The pictures do not match the property. For instance, the picture in the room is from a different property. This one has a very small pool. This was the worst experience in my life, having to stay in a place without a working toilet and an apartment full of bugs.

The room looked dated and not well maintained. Definitely needed some renovations. The towels are old, mismatched, stained and has a musty smell. Even washed them again and still smelled the same. We suggest changing it. The sheets are also mismatched. The sofa bed for the kids were broken. Some lights don’t work. The washer had smelly hand towels that were left there and it smelled bad. The pictures you see on booking.com don’t reflect what you get. ☹️

The property is close to restaurants and the beaches. It had a beach chair, umbrella and sand toys that my kids enjoyed. The king size bed was comfortable. Outside patio was also a plus.

The unit was not very cheerily decorated. It wouldn’t take much to create a brighter, cheerier unit. A lighter color for walls & decor. New artwork , at a minimal cost.The electricity had some glitches, but we could reset breakers and were back in business. I offered to come and do some work and barter for staying…. We owned a condo in Kona and updated it for minimal cost…

The property location is right in the heart of where we love to be. The pool is fabulous. The grounds are nice and kept clean. The unit had a comfortable bed and the A/C in bedroom kept us comfortable. We slept well which is imperative to us on vacation. The unit had lots of beach gear that you might need. As well as kitchen pots, pans, tools, utensils to cook in the unit. We enjoyed the ocean view the unit had and could hear the surf.

There were maintenance issues with the unit. I communicated them to the owner and was told they would be fixed immediately.

Location. Maui Vista is our go-to place to stay when in Kihei. The unit itself was comfortable.

Nice accommodation, very peaceful, we got everything that we needed in the room, even a washing machine and a dryer! Location was just perfect, very close to the wonderful beach. We could park our car for free that was nice too. Communication with the staff was easy and clear even though we arrived quite late for check-in. Many thanks for everything

We did have some hiccups but they were all addressed immediately by our rental agent Tsancyi, she took it upon herself to make sure we had a pleasant stay! We appreciate her diligence and sweet gestures! As a fair warning to other bookers- the pictures do not show what you are getting exactly!

We loved the location of the property, having a kitchen and washer and dryer, clean bathroom, and having the closet full of beach gear!
