Nothing at all. I found no issues with our stay. We were sad to go but made many memories while we were there. Our favorite part was the gaming lounge on the top floor. The Sunset deck was beautiful. Why not build other properties in other destinations? We would definitely visit them!!!

This resort was simply amazing. Was super surprised when we arrived to see that the pictures were accurate online. So much to keep the kids busy and the views omg. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Not sure if will ever go back to Daytona but if we do...we know where will be staying. I would definitely send my clients, family, and friends to Max Resort.

The bar/restaurant does not have too many options but this does not change our experience

Brand new apartment, with everything we needed. Brand new appliances. Super clean and with more than enough towels available, also for the beach. Very nice swimming pool. Easy access.

We had 4 people in the room and were only given one parking pass. Additional guests had to pay $40 per day for parking. That was almost $400. Very excessive. Did not see that on the website.

Price could have been better

This resort completely blew our minds away! We did not expect that gorgeous beach view from opening the door! We had an ocean view from both rooms as well! We be staying here next year as well!

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was absolutely beautiful, and so much room. We love feeling like we were in a President suite. I love the kitchen space and appliances all feeling brand new It's definitely is so worth it because you feel like you're at home too

The good news is that there is an EV charging station; the BAD news is that it doesn't work and that it is charging $10 idle fees even after the car is unplugged. Property owners could realize that an EV station is a big plus for travelers with electric cards, but the operation needs to be reliable and easy to use.

Very clean! The rooms are wonderful. The view is amazing and a roomy balcony. It has everything we needed for a week stay with our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. My teens loved the layout.

Maxx Beach resort was an amazing stay for my family. It was spotless, and had everything we needed! The views from the room are breathtaking. We did not use the bar and restaurant very much, but when we did, it was always good, but a little expensive. The staff was extremely friendly and always accommodated us when we needed anything. We rented some cabanas for the day, but it ended up being bad weather, and they refunded our money. No problem. The first couple of days we stayed, the weather was a little chilly, but the sun was out. We took advantage of the sunrise and sunset decks on the 12th floor. There was not a lot of wind and there were plenty of comfortable chairs to get some sun and relax.

My one critique is that the pool area is tiny. We fought for lounge chairs every day. People were setting out towels very early in the am. And a few guests ignored the no smoking or vaping signs

Quieter part of the beach (technically Daytona Beach Shores) Having a full kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast before venturing out for the day. It was convenient having laundry machines in our unit. I loved the view of the beach. Be aware there is no room service or house keeping. This was a new concept to us but I liked knowing that staff wouldn’t be entering my space.

The beach had no where to really sit or play due to the cars driving up and down the beach.

This was an amazing property. We enjoyed it very much. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were fantastic!
