You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only thing that we didn't like was the pool had just started renovation I think that should of been done in winter time. Inconvenient in the warmer weather.

The only down side was the mandatory $100 incidentals charge (removed 3-10 business days in unused). seems strange since you have my credit card number already. The additional problem was a very strong perfumed smell in the room. Better than stale or musty but this smell SMACKS you in the face the moment you enter the room. The windows are sealed shut so fresh air isn't an option.
Surprised that the breakfast was actual food. Usually it's a loaf of bread and peanut butter but this was a decent buffet. Eggs a little overcooked but much better than most I've seen.

4 o'clock checking, mold grown in bathroom, ceiling molding falling off, out dated furniture from the 80s, the old musty smell.

Ceiling paint falling/detached at part. Hot water for shower takes time to come out, laster for a few minutes and back to cold water.

Pool area was dirty and out of use most of stay, little to no hot water in my room, walls warping and ceiling peeling. There was no mention prior to that I would also be required to swipe my card again for a $100 deposit upon my arrival, that I will get back 5-7 days after the stay.

One funny thing is that there was only one electrical outlet for TV, microwave, and coffee maker. Had to change from one to another; could not do two of these simultaneously.
We were there to be with relative who was patient at UNM hospital. It was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and there were some wonderful big pieces of carved wooden furniture - very nice.

The whole building just needs some work. The lobby smelled pretty bad... almost like urine, but i can't say for sure that's what it was. In the room, every flush of the toilet was a gamble based on it appearing to nearly clog with just flushing liquids. The shower wall had a whole exposed section of the wall where there were no tiles. The wall next to the bed had a two foot series of cracks which had started to cause a section of drywall to cave in on itself. The mini-fridge was pretty loud, so we unplugged it. You can tell by looking at the property in general that it was probably really nice at some point, but it's just starting to fall apart. All that being said, the room was 50 bucks, and it met our needs, so I can't complain too loud.
The staff were all incredibly friendly. Couldn't beat the price, especially since it was a last-minute booking. Roaming parking lot security at night was nice....especially considering the hoard of zombie-people roaming the area when we pulled up.

That there was no information on a 100 deposit, yes it's refunded/pending, completely understandable but would had been nice to know so I could had cash prior.
