Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The renovations finishes were not very good it felt a bit cheap. Especially when you are paying $336 per night breakfast not included.

The adjoining doors, but I suppose that's just a personal preference. Creeps me out. If I visited again I'd ask about it. The first room I was given was down a very confusing hallway next to a laundry room so I went back and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating.
Came through for work. What a little gem in a small town. Beautiful lobby, staff was great. The room was a little more traditional in style but very clean and comfortable. Good size. Very pet friendly. Great bar area. Golf course surrounding the property, they must have a great summer season. I would definitely stay here again. Nice views of the hills in the distance.

Volume button didn't work on TV, no free continental breakfast, no microwave. It didn't offer a whole lot for as expensive it is. Feathers coming out of blankets. Not well ventilated, had a stuffy nose and sore throat everytime I was in my room.

Too much pepper in the sausage gravy. The pancakes were hard, the hot items were cold by the time I got to my table, no egg station for omelette making. There was no clock in the room. Not enough handicapped parking. Larger parking lot was a bit of a hike for a senior citizen. I reserved a room with a pull-out sofa but there was not one in the room I was given. Not able to regulate the Tempe in the room.
Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. Location was quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Easy to find. Spacious lobby with room for late night conversations or drinks.

The process signing up for free WIFI was tricky. I felt Marriott was trying to trick me into signing up for enhanced paid WIFI. Not appreciated. Simplify instructions and process.

Then entire booking was flawed. I called to confirm a reservation and it was there for the nights I needed it
Everyone was wonderful and nice but the booking agency ruined my reservation and it was a big hassle to fix. Don’t book with booking.com or a third party agency.

What I did not like is when I got there, they had no record of my reservation. After I gave them my confirmation number, they still had a problem finding it, they said because it was done with an outside booking company. The next day I was locked out of my room. I went to the front desk and they had no record of me being a guest. I asked "How could I have the room keys then?" They booked the reservations and I paid a second time via a card. I did notice there was an extra $200+ charged to my account in addition to the 9 day room charge. Not sure why. Also, there was never any room service for those 9 days. I heard someone else at the desk mention it, they had no dogs with them.
Did not have breakfast there. What I liked was the choices of coffee, when Starbucks located at the Hotel closed at 11, the other place in the lobby remained open to the public. Lunch buffet was reasonable and enjoyed change of menu each day.

Internet was spotty. Returant menue was limited may be due to Covid

The room could have been just a bit tidier. It's an older facility. Grounds and area are absolutely stunning. Staff were amazing!

We had to switch rooms with my daughter. We reserved a handicap room pet friendly. We were given room 450. Our daughter reserved for 4 people. She got a room with King size bed only. There were no other available rooms. Also there was only enough linens for 2 people. Numerous attempts to get more linens, BUT I AM GRATEFUL THAT WE WERE ABLE TO WORK EVERYTHING OUT THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PET FRIENDLY PLACE TO STAY AND YES OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!! FRONT DESK PEOPLE EXTREMELY CORDIAL AND KIND AND APOLOGETIC FOR MIX UP.
