We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyPool hours. Breakfast. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling.
Beds were comfy and clean, parking easy. Pool hours are long into the night (11pm?), but starts at 10am (I didn't check that, I was disappointed, because I chose it for a quick morning swim, but didn't stay that long). Breakfast was usual American Inn stuff. Room was away from the street so I could sleep with an open window without trouble (don't like AC).

United States of AmericaStill overpowering smell of heavy mold when you walk in. They will give your room away even when you let them know you're coming in late. Quiet a bit of things don't work, bathroom light, fireplace, sometimes the TV.
Beds are comfortable, rooms relatively clean. Good location for where we needed to be. Decent breakfast considering, better than nothing. All in all it's not horrible but could improve some

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that they allow dogs in there which almost charge my daughter coming out the room I was really upset I don't like the fact that people have dogs and they can't hold him on their chain he let that dog run down the hall and almost if he hadn't stopped them probably attacked my daughter so no I didn't like that

CanadaThe room was not prepared for our checkin. The fridge was not plugged in. It was a room with kitchen but no utensils or cutlery was available. It had closet but without hangers. There was no toilet roll. One of the standing lamp shade was not working. I do not understand why the property would take $100 deposit? Would people spending $1000 trash rooms? I did not understand the logic. The staff was wonderful though. I chose not to have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.
Location was spacious. Close to gas stations. staff was good and cordial and helpful to the best of their abilities.

CanadaIt seemed a little dated compared to the photos I saw. Location wasn’t the greatest, but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel anyways.
It was a great price and it was clean, so I was happy. They were able to give us early check-in, and put two rooms next door to each other. Overall good experience for a one night stay! Would considering booking again if price is similar.

They also tried to charge a 100 dollar deposit which was not disclosed prior to booking. Paint on the toilet in the room. Halls were dirty and unkempt
