The lofts are close to a very busy intersection so sometimes the nights were noisy but it's nothing to complain about as it did not last too long. The sounds from the lofts and/or tenants next door were also loud, people walking on squeaking floors and people yelling within the building could be heard at any time during the day or night, sometimes it sounded as if our door was being opened even though it was the next door.

The location of the Lofts was exactly what we needed. Accessible to the points of interest we wanted. The place was great, clean and had all the amenities necessary. Instructions and communication were clear from the staff.

I didn't like the parking situation. Also, I didn't like that the room was non-refundable from the beginning things happen, and I would rather have my funds back rather than reschedule for a future date that I'm not sure of.

I love the location. Everything was in walking distance. I love the apartment itself as well. I will more than likely book again.

The bathroom was leaky and there was no one to fix it. In general there was no reception/ maintenance staff so it did feel very impersonal. If we had a query, there was no one to ask for help.

The apartment was nice and cozy. It had all modern amenities suitable for short-term and long-term stays. It was very close to restaurants and entertainment. Perfect for tourists.

As mentioned above, because of the broken window I had to find a hotel nearby for the first night and this was at my cost. However the next day the agency hosteeva relocated me to a lovely penthouse 6 blocks away - it was great but I kept the one with the smashed window as a daytime storage and meeting spot. My only concern if I had stayed in the original apartment is night time noise - even with the window repaired!

This was overall a very positive experience. Unfortunately on arrival late at night, the apartment had a smashed window pane, right by the bed, open to a noisy street. Obviously this was not the fault of the owners. Nothing could be done in a hurry about this. However they got me a replacement apartment next day which was huge and lovely. No complaint here, just one of those things.

Room 404 gives on what I guessed was a trash company, I could hear all the trucks and staff so early in the morning. Also, if you come to party: great! If you come to rest: terrible !! probably because it was the cheapest offer, all the rooms next to me or above were partying (or else) all night long - I couldn’t sleep properly every night I spent there, you can hear everything + the fan is so loud!

Great location, close to the French quarter, walking distance to everything. Far enough from all the fuss and partying so you don’t get the street noises

The only reason I nicked them for a point on the review was that it was not made apparant to us that this was a self checkin place. The description just said stunning apartment, but no name. I had never used a self checkin place before and was confused. But I would definitely go here again.

the noise since it was in downtown, it was overpriced for what we got. the sheets and bedspread wasn’t change when I arrived, they had an odd smell. the place itself had a very strange smell, I’m not sure if it was due to the humidity. it would had been nice if the apartment had a guide to where to eat, what places to visit and how to get around the city. not completely satisfied with my experience.

the kitchen was open to the living dining room area and had everything that I need it.

This time, we were in a corner room with the window and the noise being made on Magazine was extremely loud. Next time I’ll be requesting a room not on the same street as all the traffic and the room was muchhhhh smaller than the first time we stayed

The bed was not the comfiest and made a sound whenever you would get up.

Love that this had a washer and dryer in the unit!It was in a prime location which is a bonus.
