-We never saw any personell beside the cleaners. I was happy we got into our room around 1030 pm in the evening. But I expected someone from the reception to show up at some point to greet us and to see if we needed something. There was a room labeled 'Reception' on the 2nd floor. We went knocking there a few times within their published opening hours but no one answered that door. -The air conditioning outlet was blowing directly onto our sleeping area. There was no option to reduce the intensity of the AC fan, we could only switch it on or off. -The bed was quite small.

-Nice location in the middle of the city close to the beach. -Late check in, the property messaged us the code how to get into the building and our room but we still found it a bit confusing that we had to take a gate called labeled 1816 to get to our room which was located on 1818 Meridian Avenue.

This is recommendation. A light weight blanket would be perfect on the side of the bed.

I had a work to attend at the convention center across, therefore it was perfect. I would definitely return. Close to all the restaurants and beach. Safety was perfect.

Check in was not efficient. Reception closed at 6pm which is fine but it wasn't clear what unit was ours and no instruction on entering the gate. I received my check in instructions via email 2 days AFTER I had already checked in. I witnessed many guests struggle with getting into the facility and their respective unit during the course of my stay.

Great location with close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Free bikes, although in need of a little TLC, were a nice bonus for getting around Miami Beach.

We arrived after regular working hours and Suites administration provided us a room code in advance, which unfortunately was incorrect. We needed to call helpline desk and get the correct code at night time facing the suite door. After we entered the room we faced a strong smell. Because of our late arrive, property requested us next morning visit reception desk to complete check-in proceedure, we did visite and lady said - all good, they need nothing else from us. We also complained about bad smell and reception lady assured us that she will check the situation. We came back in approximately 5 hours, there was a shift change and new guy at the reception desk, which had no glu about the situation, we need to tell everything from the beginning, go to the room to check the smell situation. Also there was no hairdryer in the first room and super weak one in the second. After visiting the reception desk twice per day, we still continued receive messages to go there again to complete check-in procedure , that was quiete weird.

Location (10-15 min distance to everything), second room was clean and good enough. The day after arrival we requested to change the room because of bad smell in it and staff fulfill our request. The room cleaning during our stay was perfect.

Parking may not be always available. Otherwise parking seems to be very difficult or impossible to find in Miami Beach. Despite request in the booking, baby bed was not available at first, but then the team made a big effort to get one for us for the remaining days. Baby high chair is not available --> would be useful for families.

Central location in the heart of Miami Beach, just a few blocks from Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and the beaches. Very well maintained, modern, comfortable and quiet apartment. Beautiful and green patio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site available (extra charge). Wifi worked well.

The only downside was that the second bedroom had a single bed in it, it could cope with a queen size or regular sized one allowing 4 people to stay. It was not obvious that the reception is in 1816.

It was a bit away from the main tourist area, which keeps the price down. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Lincoln Road area where there are lots of restaurants and another 10 from there to Ocean Drive and the beach. As others have mentioned, we were surprised how well the apartment matched the photos. It was a great size, plenty of space and having the washer/dryer a great bonus. We were only here a couple of nights but would have been happy to stay a week.

We got the worst couple neighbors for one night, they were fighting through the night for hours and it did not let us sleep. It has nothing to do with the property but the experience overall.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and area is very quite.

No Ice Maker... Access/Check in, was confusing on arrival. Parking availability is "Iffy", and you can not reserve a space when booking your room.

The only downside of this property is water pressure. In the morning dont expect to take a shower or go to bathroom. Otherwise the location is really good and you can walk to restaurants, beach etc.
