Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have no complaints
The check in was easy and the man at the desk was very very nice. We had a small problem with our room and instead of having us come back to the desk he came to us and resolved it within 15 minutes.

A bit pricey for what it was. The rate seemed to be jacked up for the baseball weekend at Cal Ripkin Park as the hotel seemed pretty empty based on the parking lot. The A/C was noisy and took a bit to get started. The elevators were SMALL and a bit dirty.
The room was good and clean. The hotel was older but well renovated in the hallways and rooms.

The pool was closed due to “unforeseen circumstances”. We had a group of 11 families staying and could not access the pool.
Location. Close to Ripken, places to eat, etc… our 2nd stay here.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The toilet didn’t fully flush. The sink was clogged.

I had gone to the front desk & requested additional washcloths for my room (2 people) & my friends' room for our second night stay & was told that I was already given enough for our two nights' stay (which were used the first day) and when I said I needed more, I was told I had to return my dirty washcloths before I could get any more. I had to go back to my room, put the dirty washcloths (plus every other dirty towel I had, because I was so mad) in a bag & take them back up to the front desk. I clean houses for a living so this isn't about being too entitled or being too "good" to handle dirty washcloths, it's just bad, bad, bad customer service.

when they did the upgrade to the bathrooms in the rooms they either used wall paint or cheap bathroom paint to paint the shower floor and the paint was peeling off and clogging the drain when my kids were taking their showers.

the evening Concierge unfortunately he was not knowledgeable about my booking reservation he had to keep calling his manager maybe he was new but I waited 45 minutes to check in

Hotel needed a good cleaning.
Hotel was great price. Rooms are in need of good cleaning. Bed sheets were dirty when we checked in and shower was not cleaned. The staff was very friendly. IHOP restaurant was attached to hotel which was very convenient.

Pool should have been working. Hotel was outdated with upgrades which still outdated. Many parts of the hotel were atleast 30 to 40 years old.

Air freshener sprayed in the halls was a bit overpowering.
Right off I-95. Much better than sleeping in the car if your sole purpose is to rest on a long drive. Lots of the usual generic American chain restaurants within a quarter mile.

They have a great outdoor pool but it was empty. I think it was because it was the weekend before Memorial Day. It was 95 degrees so it would have been great to use it.
Free Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. it is very close to the Ripken experience and many restaurants and stores. It is a little dated but clean. Staff was very friendly.

The whole motel had a strong floral fragrance which gave my wife and me headaches. It was noticeable as soon as we walked in and the room and hallways had a strong fragrance. If they would lay off on the fragrance I would rate it higher.

The floor of the room in the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. There were some droplet stains on the flood when I entered the room.
The location is great. You can get to Baltimore fast and also it isn't far from Pennsylvania.
