Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLocation is in a small pocket of West Palm Beach that is quite diverse but don't let that deter you. My wife and I were a little uneasy at first but met Beatriz (the owner) who lives on the property. She has taken steps to ensure that her guests feel safe and comfortable (lots of exterior lighting and cameras).

United States of AmericaThe area of town gave you an "ify" feeling-in places-but felt VERY secure in and around the property.
The hosts/owners were the nicest we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The apartment felt secluded and was the best stocked apartment we have ever rented. So many things were already there, including coffee and teas, beach towels, a cooler, ice packs, and so much more. Yet it was only a five-minute drive back to I 95 and near the Palm Beach airport. Beaches were only 15 minutes away. They also had a lovely outdoor sitting area surrounded by flowers and greenery. If you drove just 5 minutes east and parked on the street, you could stroll along the seawall walkway at the Intercoastal highway at Palm Beach (I think that is what it was). Great place for sunrises (if the sun and clouds cooperate). We were there for three weeks for work, and it was a relaxing spot to come home to.

United States of AmericaSome of the rules I feel are a little much. Air conditioner in the living room does not work and the fridge tends to be a little loud. Neighbors that are not on the property were super unfriendly. Make sure you park in the correct spot
Close to the beach, very responsive owners. Super clean and very friendly people. The owners even left us stuff for breakfast.

United States of AmericaOne discomfort was that I am 5'9" tall and the seating was very low, so it was a bit hard on my knees. I solved that problem by using the dining chairs for my seating, though.
The proprietor communicated with us prior to our arrival and met us when we arrived to show us the property and give us the keys. She was very helpful and friendly and quick to respond to our only request during our stay. Her husband was also friendly and helpful. The property was clean, bright and stocked with items we would need to start our day. The cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin bed and a blow up mattress was available for that smaller room. The queen bedroom also has seating that appeared to be a possible full size futon in it and the couch in the living room also looked like it could open into a full size bed. There are 1½ bathrooms. The decoration was simple and bright and we felt very comfortable in the space. To access the ground floor unit, there are three shallow steps up from the sidewalk and inside the apartment, there is one step down from the living/dining/kitchen area to the two bedrooms. There is an outside entertaining area and a separate, private patio off of the queen sized bedroom. Laundry facilities are also available outside of the cottage, which we didn't use because our stay was relatively short. I am very happy with the cottage and would gladly stay there again.

United KingdomThe "beach" nearby does not have water access, its more of a canal. The real beach with sand and sea access is in Palm Beach, and can be reached by a taxi within a few minutes or by bike or on foot. The aircon in one of the rooms can be a little loud for noise-sensitive sleepers.
The hosts have been very nice and welcoming. They gave some points what to do around town and how to get around. The property was spacious and had all amenities, including washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was very nice to chill out after a long day. The Florida weather of course, added to a great experience.

United States of AmericaNeighborhood was fine for my group, but I wouldn't consider it family friendly as I wouldn't recommend kids walking the area. But it's a close drive to I-95 and close drive to the beach.
Guest house tucked away on the back of the property. Quiet and relaxing. Convenient washer and dryer location next to room.. The owner, Beatrice, was very nice and accommodating.

United States of AmericaWe could hear footsteps a little bit from upstairs neighbors early in the mornings. The host was kind enough to talk to them and it improved a bit. I would recommend ear plugs or a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise there is no street noise and it is quite peaceful. Also, there is no AC in the living room area. There is a fan but it does get a little humid. If you have allergies/ asthma these could flare up slightly but it's not too bad.
The host was very sweet, helpful and available to answer any and all questions! The area was easy access to where we needed to go (Palm Beach County Convention Center). It was also very close to a beautiful beautiful botanical garden (Mounts) plus the beach (but we did not go there). The area was cleaned very well. Parking was free and easy access on the road. The host was kind enough to make sure we parked in the area that had cameras so we felt very safe. Our unit was all the way in the back of the property so was also more peaceful. There were two lovely sitting areas. We sat in one of them one of the evenings and enjoyed the nice ocean breezes plus sounds of the birds chirping. She has many plants on the property that are beautiful. You will feel like you are in a natural oasis and it is a quite grounding experience. There are very good vibes on the property. She was also kind enough to offer us some beach chairs plus cooler to borrow if we went to the beach. Overall we felt quite at home, safe and at peace!

United States of AmericaThe house is a guest house but it’s really like a little cottage, there are beautiful flowers all around the outside of it. It’s truly beautiful. The hosts were absolute gems, Beatriz is the sweetest most classy lady ever she even took my friends and I on a tour of Palm Beach island and got me a birthday gift. The hosts were super attentive to issues and resolved anything quickly, they make my birthday weekend an absolute dream! I’ll be back!

United States of AmericaThere are lots of cameras on the property for security, would not recommend walking the neighborhood. The listing was not clear about the bathrooms; there are 1.5 not 2 full bathrooms. You can hear the upstairs residents walking. The host tried to collect a $200 cash deposit from my colleague upon arrival. We did not pay it.
It is convenient to the WPB convention center. It was very clean.
