I have to admit going into where it was located was a little sketchy, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The house was great, we were comfortable and enjoyed sitting outside with a beautiful view. And got to see the space launch from the backyard.

We were sure alligators were trying to get in the garden from water as we had a BBQ lit. Not that we did not like it as my kids loved it but if you had very small children it might make you nervous.

Had everything you need. Liked the little touches: it was easy to just get in and sit down and relax. Great garden area.

Incredible location and amazing house. It has the most beautiful garden for you to see wildlife in the lake (birds mainly). Comfortable and cozy. It has everything you need. Pictures don’t do it justice. We even saw a rocket launch from there… it was brilliant! We wish we could have stayed more

The back yard was amazing loved the fire pit and the house was adorable and very clean. The amenities are very nice and the little deck was definitely a highlight.

Everything, place was great just 10 minutes drive top Cape Canaveral, garden was amazing on the river, rooms were nice and each had a bathroom, they had even left for us 3 bottles of wine to choose from.... if we ever go back there, we know where to stay!!!

Grass/yard needed kept because lots of wildlife and made us a bit uneasy to be out at night.

We had a slight hiccup with the mail before we reached the accomodation. So it was a bit tricky for us to receive the code to retrieve the keys. But once that was sorted out, everything was fine.

Lovely decorated house with a nice garden retreat. The hosts provide lots of nice little treats inside the house and all the information necessary to enjoy your stay.

Since we stayed here near the Kennedy space area, we watched several rocket flights in the evening. It was great!

nothing - it was perfect

thus was by far the best accompdation of our Florida roadtrip. newly furbished house with excellent kitchen (and everything you need to cook), new washing machine/dryer. the garden is great, too. our little one loft to run around and play. it was very clean and check-in was easy thanks to good instructions of the owners.

The place was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The owners had a nice book of recommendations available, which helped us find a great place for dinner. The owners responded to all communications within 15 min.

The neighborhood it is in is a little run down and the backyard could use some attending to. Lots of Dog droppings in the yard. The grass was pretty high but I guess this could be because the amount of rain lately and might be difficult to cut at this time. It is just uncomfortable to walk in high grass in Florida, especially when so near the water. That high grass makes a nice cover for snakes. Otherwise the backyard would be a lovely place to hang out with a nice little fire pit and some neat beachy decorations.

This place was exceptionally clean and spacious on the inside and very comfortable. Everything that we needed to cook a Christmas meal was available, including a complementary bottle of wine and coffee.

Nice house, fully equipped and very comfortable, close to the space center. We could even watch the launch of a Falcon 9. Beautyful garden vith view to 1000s of birds.

It is a pity that you can't use the sitting area in rainy days because it has no roof.

Very clean and well maintained house, completely equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment etc. Beautiful sitting place on the terrasse with grill, sitting place in the grass with a fireplace, wonderful lake view. Very peaceful location. Easy check-in, very fast and friendly response from host. We can recommend it all with pleasure. We would be happy to stay here once again :-)
