Everything was overpriced but that’s probably just Vegas. You can’t use the fridge for your own stuff and had to rent an extra fridge for $35!

Like all large Vegas hotels it lacks a more unique feel Not a bad thing, but just something I like less about it.

The property is a good location, offers a range of dining and entertainment and is very accessible to most of the better places on the strip. The StayWell Floors are GREAT. Much preferred.

The 35 dollar a day parking charge is outrageous when the room was on 50 dollars . Customer should be aware during the booking that there is a parking fee .

Staff just acts like they are run down and I'm just stupid. I don't travel ever. I'm not used to how things go. Mobile check in and out never worked for me. There seems to be no consideration for those who have cronic pain or disabilities. The signage is old and hard to follow. There's no place to sit. I have neuropathy in the feet. The lobby has no place to stop a minute to gather and rest from the craziness. Not very clean in casino. Hard to find a waitress. Miss the days where you could hear the players and slots. Video slots are just terrible and you can't figure out half of them. Need more table games and less slots. Tv in room didn't work. Room smelled gross. For having to pay resort fees, there really should be a lot better offered. Especially when employees act like your a dumb ass for asking simple questions that most nontravelers wouldn't know. I don't come to Vegas often and mgm did nothing to make me feel like the resort fees did anything special. I could stay at a regular motel and at least get breakfast. So much candy everywhere in our room. Made me feel like it hadn't been vacuumed at all which is probably why it smelled. Out dated rooms - time to upgrade to usbs. And our lamp was broken but I guess those aren't checked unless reporters by guest. Seriously question why we are charged resort fees, especially in the winter. No staff hardly around anywhere if you need any kind of help. Not handicap friendly at all. Just won't be the place I stay again.

Old rooms with carpet and noise because old air conditioner machines. Very bad check in customer service. I was trying to understand the extra cost of the room and the woman who talked with me had no patience and very bad customer service. After 20 h flight I expected some hospitality.

The bedroom was dirty, with old hair and accessories for hair on the floor. The bed was a little bit disorganized. All of the pillows were very uncomfortable.
