Frustrating that there was no fridge or coffee maker in our room unless paid extra. Had to pay an upgrade to get our rooms in the same tower and same floor. They had us in different towers even though we requested to be near each other since we had kids with us. Parking was also an additional charge. Pool closes at 5:00. Food was very expensive.

King Suite was very spacious and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Good location. Pool area is very nice.

Being on bottom floor studio tower was not ideal. Didn’t know the $40 dollars more a night would have changed room to that much of a degree. My own fault for being cheap in that moment. $40 in savings will put you in the cellar. Although the cellar was still nice

We are not smokers and didn't like the level of cigarette smoke in the casino. Other casinos we visited either didn't allow smoking on the floor or had a newer, more effective filtration system.

Our room, although pricey, was very quiet and comfortable. Location in the facility was good and beds very comfortable. We appreciated that there was no cigarette odors in the room.

Clean. Decent view out the window of part of the strip. Monorail stop was at MGM. Uber pick up area. Several restaurant choices and entertainment right in MGM. It's on the strip. A lot of gambling choices in MGM.

I wasn't happy with the location. I was in the Studio Tower Room 8-521 and my friends were in another tower room 7-402. The walk from my room to elevators was extremely long and to get to their room from mine required going down to the lobby and and asking them to come and get me because I didn't have access to the 7th floor with my room/elevator key. I am 74 years old and didn't appreciate all the extra walking I had to do. And paying a resort fee of $39 a night for something I didn't even see was stupid!!

The room was cleaned 3 of the 4 days I was there.

Charge for Resort fee was for nothing. No amenities used but charged daily.

Location is excellent. They now charge to ride the monorail, which was previously free to ride.
