Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThe bed was not good (mattress very soft and old, we rolled on each other). I had to sleep on the extra bed. The sheets were stained, the duvet was really dirty and it was not even put in a duvet cover but in between 2 sheets. that's how we saw the state of it. The soap and products in the bathroom were of poor quality, some of the towels were stained, there was no body lotion offered, and the water was just luke warm in the shower. There was a kettle but no tea bags (we asked for some and were answered "no"...), there was traditional drip coffee maker, but only "not matching" coffee pods provided. SO no coffee, and no tea for the whole stay. The carpet of the room was stained and not clean (I had forgotten my yoga mat and was hesitant practicing on it). We stayed 2 nights and the room/beds were not done. I won't be complaining about all this if I had booked a motel for $90 a night but for $385 a night this was really not satisfying. I had better service and higher quality in much cheaper hotels. Staff was not particularly friendly, we had to wait forever to check in. There was no breakfast room, just a small café, which breakfast was good but extremely pricy for what it was ($7.80 for a small average latte and $25 for an avocado toast...). With tip, we paid $60 every morning...
We like the location and the space in the room. It was a large room with a sofa, a table, a very large bathroom. The room was quiet and the view on the swimming pool was pleasant.

United States of AmericaWe arrived before check-in time. They said our room was ready but we were not allowed to check-in before check-in time. I figured it would have been nice to have been given that courtesy since the room was ready.
We arrived and got what we expected. A clean suite that could accommodate everyone in our party comfortably as was expected.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaSince the room we stayed at was privately owned, we had to message the owners directly through Booking.com and weren’t allowed to ask for assistance from the front desk for anything. This would have been just fine for our group but I felt MGM Signature itself could have been more accommodating. For instance, there was an instance where we needed toilet paper for the bathroom and the property refused to help us even with that! We did message the property owners who were quick to respond on Booking and said that their “on site team” would come by, but no one ever showed and we went without toilet paper for the last two days of our stay. A similar thing happened when we asked for sheets too, no one showed up. Overall a very odd set up for hotel/condominium management.
Great location with an easy walk to the strip via either the MGM Grand or up Harmon Ave. The facility is non smoking and no casino making it feel more clean, peaceful, and a respite from the sensory overload of the strip itself. There’s a starbucks, a restaurant, a lounge, and a few gyms and pools to use, as well as access to the MGM Grand’s giant pool area next door. The property is also gated and restricted to resident/guest access which made me feel more secure and exclusive.

United States of Americathe valet service closes early, we had to park our car at a different location twice during our 3 day stay and walk back in the freezing cold and have to return to pick up our car the next mornings. that was inconvenient. plus having to pay for toilet paper and extra towels is ridiculous
no breakfast, liked the location, appreciated the gated community. very clean and quiet

United States of AmericaThe only issue we had was getting needed towels, coffee supplies and toilet paper. Nothing extra is provided and it can take up to 24 hours to get what you need. The building has a contracted cleaning company that only drops off supplies at a certain time of day. In our case it was the following day before we got what we needed.
Great location! Facilities and pool were very well maintained. Room and common areas were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

MexicoVery few personnel in the hotel, you will rarely see employees but they attend rapidly calling guest services.
Tower 1 at Signature is behind the MGM grand. Has Big room with extra sofa and bed clothes. It is easy to access from airport and has connection bridges with MGM Grand. Building was clean and good smell. walking inside the building is 15 min to the strip. Room has coffee maker, microwave and stove. great to prepare ham and eggs to breakfast an save some bucks. There is a Target and ABC store nearby where you can buy groceries.

IrelandEverything was great except for a $20/$25 admin fee for checkout, I don’t know if this would’ve been charged if we had checked out online but the online check out service would not work. So charging money for staff to check you out of the hotel is a bit crazy to me
Room was amazing for 5 if not 6 people. Very good value and within walking distance to some good spots. Staff were good and straight to the point which I personally like.

Valet was great, check in was also great! Room was still being cleaned when we went to it... slightly disappointed, we dropped our bags in the room and let the maid finish cleaning. When we went back to the room later that night, our room was clean. It would have been nice for the beds to have been made when we arrived. We stated that 5 people would be sleeping in the room, so having that set up would have been really nice and one less thing to prepare on vacation. View from the room was awesome!

United States of AmericaThe day beds had mattress covers however the sofa couch didn't? One of the blankets had stained spots on it. The two trash cans were too small. When attempting to use the safe for the 1st time the combo was set so we couldn't open it. We had to wait 30 minutes for security to arrive to unlock it.
