A bit of a complicated process to get into the property. It all seemed to be done remotely, over the phone. Took us a while to get codes correct. But those assisting on the phone were very helpful

Wonderful apartment for Miami and extremely close to the art deco district. Bonus was a supermarket two blocks away. It didn't look much from the outside, but inside was quite impressive. Also good to get parking on the property.

Communication prior the trip was poor, the property was not replying, so I even had to contact the Booking customer support. The communication got better a few days prior our arrival, and was fine during stay No place for drying things and beach towels,which is important for beach vacation

Good location, approx 15 min walk to the beach. The beach itself is good for swimming, there is a free public toilet next to the beach. Many cafes in the area, 10-15 min walk, and at the same time it's quiet. The apartment is tiny, but has everything basic. The kitchen is equipped for cooking (no dishwasher) There are supermarkets in 5 min walk. We could rent a parking lot inside for extra money. There are paid parking stations in 10 min walk. No washing machine in the apartment but there was a public laundry in 5 min. There was a beach umbrella that we could use. The staff was friendly.

Not enough extra blankets for 2 separate beds, no beach towels, there was no cleaning supplies which was fine we purchased our own but a broom & dustpan would be great for usage, 3 different Coffee makers in the apartment but no coffee provided so we purchased our own, Only 1 remote for 2 TVs

The kitchen isnt well suited for real cooking since its missing equipment. Now I am sure that if I asked Max for the appropriate equipment he would have brought me, but sometimes you get tired of asking.

Great value for money. Apartments are nice and clean. The location is excellent near the south beach. We got everything.we needed from Max the manager - he is an awesome guy! He even gave us bikes for free to tour the everglades.

0 noise cancelling (I mean the sounds from outside.).

Super nice staff. Best position ever (10 min foot way to the beach, 2 min to hypermarket, 3 min to the washing machines center). Good kitchen.

The apartment had a musky smell, and the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't seem to work as well as the other room. The apartment could use a few more convenients items like more than one champagne glass and no wine glasses to be found.

The location and price were absolutely fantastic. So close to everything in South Beach that we wanted to do. We would book with this owner again if we ever planned a getaway to south beach again.

What I didn’t like is the smell when you enter the property. It smelled like old water or mildewed smell. Even though the sheets was washed some of the sheets had stains on them sill and I feel those sheets should just be thrown out. We also didn’t like that the couch was covered with a dog cover to cover up the ripped torn couch.

Pretty close to downtown, beach and market. Closet and beach equipments available. Two rooms with kitchen, air condition on both rooms, TV available. One side parking. Excellent communication with manager.

It would have been helpful to have a guide of good places to go for food when you don't know the area, just a wee note of recommendations.
