* The apartment is posted as for 6 people but to be honest I think that only 4 can fit there. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and the spaces were small. * The table is only for 4 people and because there is a double bed next to it it is impossible to use 4 chairs while eating, some of us should sit on the bed or take turns. * Not enough cookware. When we asked for something we got what was asked but I didn't feel like asking every day about something.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so no need to use stairs/elevator Easy access to the beach

The Pool was closed. I chose this place for its beautiful pool but it was closed for renovations.

Very old building in need of repairs.

It was close to parts of the town. The beach was nice but the building is very old and in need of repairs. The restrooms in the common areas were in very bad shape, and the faucets were rusting away. The rooms were ok and decorated decent, but the kitchen areas were needing updated along with the bathroom.

The fan wasn’t working in the bathroom front door needed a really strong push to open. Not very easy to open the front door. Check-in was slow, long line. should be done online, so it moves faster for everyone.

The location was amazing. I love that the fridge was clean and the kitchen was also very clean and I like that it came with all the necessities in the kitchen and bathroom! Very spacious room did

Communication. They did not let me know my room number until I called them on check-in day at 3:30 pm. No drawer or a cooking utensil at the room although it is marketed as small kitchenet.

This is the third unit i am staying at this complex and it is the cleanist one

Booked my room in advance, and when I got to the complex, they didn't have the booking for me. Had to contact the owner to have them send an email in order to even get my room. No dresses available to put away clothes.

The beds were so hard I didn’t sleep comfortably at all

There was no stove, oven, or toaster oven. I had to use a microwave and I don't use those my preferenceis stove or oven. The heat didn't not work in the building. The jacuzzi and pool was under construction, so that was closed with no notice at booking. The door did lock back after opening it. Meaning The bottom lock was a onesided lock from the inside however it can be easily opened from the outside with no key. Like coins, fingernail, or any flat objects can open the bottom from the outside. The top lock was coded but only worked to open not lock and unlock code, which it should have been.The Door locked great once inside though, just to point that out.The gym was not set up and closed as well. Reception needs to tell people the access code at check in for reentering the facility from the beach or you will be locked out. No stores near by for shopping with out a car, at least I could not find one.

Its right on the beach. The view was amazing the room is a nice size. The owner answered text messages quickly.

The staff didn’t explain anything to us upon arrival, we were not greeted properly, no one said where to go and how to get checked in, it was all chaotic and we had to ask so many questions to be able to understand how to get checked in properly. We feel like we rented one room and were given a different room at time of arrival. No one mentioned that the pool was closed for construction either.

We liked that the property located near the beach, we liked how easy it was to use elevators and how easy it was to get our car parked with vallet parking. It was easy to get connected to the host and he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

There were roaches, and the pool was closed. The actual staff working at the desk were pretty rude and unhelpful.

Booked at the last minute at a good price. Great size for our family if 6. The location was great, right at the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful! Little shops are right on the property. There was a beach chair, umbrella, and beach towels available for use.

Just wish the room and hotel wasn't as dated. Needs new paint and a few upgrades. Food in blue gin was expensive and not worth the money spent. Pool also is inoperable for atleast a year I heard.

The lady at the check-in should find a job that doesn't involve working with the public. Bed was too firm: I hurt my ribs because of that. Gym facility had broken equipment. Batteries on the remote and the AC thermostat were dead. I had to buy batteries. Pool was not in service and I heard about it only a few days prior to leave to Miami.

Good location, easy to find. The valets for the parking were great. The beach is right behind the hotel. Umbrella and seats available in the wardrobe. Room was clean and was like pictured (but with a few rusted parts and broken tiles) The view was amazing!

I didn't like the kitchen, to small, the cot is broken, I didn't like not to be able to open the windows, and that the bathroom needs improvements.

The hosts. They were very short. Not friendly. They didn’t even tell me what floor my room was on. I had to go through my emails to figure that out.
