beds were very low to the floor making it hard to get up and down. living room furniture is very uncomfortable. coffee pot did not work

great view, walkable to restaurants, restaurants and coffee bar downstairs.

It said it slept 6. We were 6 adults and my husband and I slept on the sofa bed that was very small. We are not large people but my husband could not get comfortable because the sofa bed would not flatten out.

Great location, awesome view, very clean and modern! Felt secure having to access our floor with a special elevator key that kept outsiders away.

The location of this condo was great, within a short walking distance of Bayside Marketplace and other shopping and restaurant venues. The balcony affirded views of the port of Miami and cruise ships, the bay and the observation wheel. We stayed one night pre-cruise and the location could not be beat...will recommend to others and will do again when cruising out of the Port of Miami.

Sofa in the main room wasn't very comfortable. Couldn't really use the balcony because of the dust from the building site opposite and the fans from the parking garage were very loud (but didn't disturb sleep when doors were closed)- would still stay there again.

Perfect location for taking a cruise. In the heart of everything, minutes away from bars and restaurants. Straight forward pick up/drop off with keys. Would recommend! Bonus to have a car parking space too!

The directions to pick up the keys were hard to follow. It took an extra at least half hour to figure out out. Then parking being a block away was a little hard when we didn't realize

Parking was not free and was about a block away, though there appeared to be a parking lot in the building.

Super easy to collect the keys from the key cafe locker. The host provided excellent instructions on how to do use the locker.

I only had a few minor things I didn't like,  which included hair in the shower and corner by the bottom of the sink. It wasn't major. I'm just super particular about things like that. One suggestion would be more lighting in the bathroom, especially near the shower it's really dark. Also, it would be nice to provide an extra blanket for the pull out couch. We were able to find the extra sheets but no blanket. I would also suggest having 2 keys because we had 4 people in our party. Only having one key made it difficult to split up. We couldn't enter the building or operate the elevator or room without a key.

The apartment was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. I appreciated the really large bathrooms. As a person with asthma and a little germaphobia, the flooring is a plus, I feel that it is cleaner than carpet, and I refuse to stay in a place with carpet. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean and smelled nice and fresh. I have stayed in other hotels that smell stale. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The rooftop pool area and city scenery were beautiful. The location is amazing and close to a lot of attractions. Parking on site is definitely a plus and much needed. I really enjoyed the stay it was awesome, and I will book again when I'm in Miami. This was the best place I have stayed out of 4 trips to MIA.

We had only one key for the door and you can’t move in the building without it, we were 5 persons and it was the only thing we didn’t like.

The building is amazing, great Amenities, fantastic pool and gym.

The rooms were nice except there was no AC so it was 81 degrees and very uncomfortable for 6 persons. It seemed like there was only a fan running. The one bedroom had no working outlets. However the other bedroom had working outlets. This would be a nice winter place when the weather is more cooler

The property was great. The pool was great. Lobby was nice as it provided a coffee bar.

We had for guest in the property but was only supplied with two washcloths. When we arrived the television settings were in Spanish and hard to figure out. Parking was very tight for a big truck or SUV. Beds were very low.

The property was very clean and close to stores.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working, we were so hot all night and did not get a good nights sleep
