To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only stayed overnight for onward travel and hotel is right in the airport and thankfully did not hear any plane noise despite being next to the runway. Comfy bed so a good night's sleep

AustriaWe asked for a "quiet room". Indeed there was no noice from the street or from the airport, however there was a (locked) conection door to the next room. The people in that room talked very laud from 03:00 to 06:00 PM.
The hotel can be reached by walking from all the concourses of Miami Airport easily. Needing this kind of location the hotel was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roons were quite OK. Not xecellent, but all we needed.

United States of AmericaThe look and feel of this hotel is just a jail feeling. The remodeling was done with the least amount of money and it shows. It’s a demolition job and start over. For now beautiful lights in hall ways with a Florida color theme and doors with molding would make a huge difference.
Location is the best thing about this hotel. Surprisingly it was quiet, beds were comfortable and it was fairly clean.

Location!! We needed a room due to missing our connecting travel arrangements and you can’t get more convenient than a room in the airport. Cleaning staff was nice. Bathroom was large.
