Taking your own trash n doing your own dishes. The elevator was pretty old n delayed. Steps can b a bit much depending on what floor.

The art fits the art deco center,very trendy n hip on walls. My patio looked over 11th and Collins,with a cute intime patio table/chair. The king suite layout was nice spacious and comfortable. Great room for the price. The entrance is kinda hidden and I love that with security doors. Jeremy customer service was a breath of fresh air. He helped with my luggage,worked with me about early check in. The ac was working so I’ve considered it was 95 degrees.

It was very small and there was no common kitchen like I had read.

The location was amazing. 3 minutes from the beach and in the middle of the lively area with lots of restaurants and things going on.

You couldn’t open the windows, and not all of the kitchen stoves worked. The apartment could also use some more lighting.

The location of the apartment is excellent, right in South Beach, 3 minute walk away from the beach.

The only reason I marked an 8 instead of 10 was the smell from the water in the shower. I did not want to change rooms though and so i didn’t mention it to the management or they have possibly changed my room.

You cannot get better value for the price paid especially when it comes to the location. Many reviews mentioned the the bar downstairs was loud but a new restaurant has opened as of 1st April and is not loud. The rooms were great and clean and the bed was super comfy. The TV had a great selection of apps and content too. Loved it overall. Best location ever.

It’s very dated needs some renovations and beds were not so comfortable.

The location is central. But the elevator was out of order and it was dated and no were to leave or luggage after we checked out. They could also use a few hooks to hang towels, clothes on to dry.

No wardrobe in the room for my clothes. What bothers me most, what is not written anywhere: you have to provide your credit card, your ID and a picture of you on to an unknown platform.

The location, 5 min from the beach and 2 min from the party locations and bars, is perfect. The room had a bed and a fridge, the TV paid Netflix and Hulu, nice <3

Room needed better blinds/curtains - it was light in the room as blinds didn't cover all windows. Double glazing would be a benefit (as needed ear plugs each night) as the party people, the music from cars, the drunks, the revving of engines goes all night!!

I did have difficulty with the stove burners not all working. The T.V also could have been bigger (however I did appreciate the swivel t.v mount). Also, although we knew this ahead of time, flexibility in check-in/check-out time would've made for a slightly simpler process. However, they did provide access to a luggage closet, which was less than 2 blocks away && helpful to continue wandering while we waited.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, the bars and restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a great stay for our needs, comfortable and simple. The host was constantly in communication and accessible throughout the trip.

I booked last minute and had to wait 1 hour in front on the door because I did not receive the email from the property with the code to enter ... bad communication with property the phone number >> I received doesn't exist the mails >> reply came late

Didn't get the code for the door so when we arrived we had to call for them to send it. I did email when we took off to remind them but still didn't get code to get into our room. Could get clean towels,maybe they expect you to wash them. Windows have film on them so you can't see out .

Location was excellent, price good. Fairly quiet considering you are in the heart of South beach. Staff at nearby lowkl hotel stored our bags for us and we're very helpful

You have to like loud noise, since it is adjacent to a bar, it could have been cleaner

Residents in the hostel are inconsiderate. Noisy and loud until all early hours of the morning. Say goodbye to any sleep. Also located ontop of a bar/club. Music playing loudly all night every night. Great if you’re a vampire.

Had a few issues, shower was cold on day one and was a few issues with bugs. Messaged on booking.com and shower problem was fixed next day. A day later they sent a team in to spray the room and although this didn't exactly solve the bug problem it definitely cut them down. It wasn't ideal but we know that bugs happen in climates like this. Windows didn't open much and was a bit of a smell when u walked in the room. Smelt a bit like stale milk but wasn't unbearable as we weren't in the room much

Fantastic location literally a stones throw away from south beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. basic room which could do with updating but has everything needed for a budget holiday. Had a few issues and questions were answered quickly by staff via messages on booking.com. Felt very safe with the kids aged 12, 9 and 5 who absolutely loved the street art graffiti walls in the public areas and stairways. Ac kept the room at a decent temperature. Perfect spot to stay on south beach without breaking the bank. No laundry service for clean towels/sheets etc but washers and dryers on top floor cheap and easy enough to use

A/C unit started leaking for a few days, I didn't notice till my last day but it did cause quite a mess. Walls are not the thickest.

The location of this place is the best! I like that there was showergel/handwash/toilet tissue/cutlery already there & there was lots of it. Extremely easy to gain entry and exit the property.
