The bed wasn't very comfortable. The cleaning staff woke us up at 9 am on day of check out and check out time wasn't till 11.

I loved how easy it was to move around the room and hotel with my walker. The staff were great.

There is no place to charge a phone or plug in a CPAP , unless you bend done under the table next to the bed and unplug something else. Not enough towels/washcloths for the number of beds. Breakfast ended early for a weekend. Hotel needs an overall renovation.

They didn't change sheets on pull out bed prior to arrival, the afternoon shift guy was kind of hard to deal with, had to wait till night shift came on to get sheets, and blankets that should have been ordered with room. And towels for the people in our room. Night shift girl was super helpful

There's no eggs and bacon/ham as hot breakfast like it used to be in years ago.

The bed is very comfortable, the staff contact is around 10pm when we have not checked in.

Air conditioner in bedroom did not work at all. Room was stuffy and humid.

I did my reservation on line, using my bank debit card. When we got to the hotel, the desk agent claimed it didn't go through and charged my Discover card. The next morning I checked my bank account and it did go through. Double charge.☹️

The room was so tiny I have a family of 4 and we where bumping into each other left and right. The staff was rude except for 1 girl when we first checked in.

After 2 years the elevator still needs help. Scary noises make you feel unsafe. You filled up the pool with cement! 😢😢 My grandkids and their mom and dad went to a different hotel after seeing this. It would be great if you had a hospitality room.

The staff was excellent! The instant hot showers. New refrigerator. Soft quality towels.

I was called while driving from out of state to tell me they were overbooked and didn't have my room which was super stressful. My bed was broken....springs seemed snapped on left of bed when getting up made loud crunching noise and it caved. There were cheezits all under the sofa bed. We were too tired and too pressed for time to say anything.

The front desk person was super nice and helpful.

A little more attention to cleanliness of floors (especially corners) and bathroom. Hair in the tub that was not mine, and bathtub faucet dripped continuously. Usually, hotels with this price point have a small fridge and microwave, as well as a full breakfast with some kind of protein.

This was a convenient location. The staff was wonderful.

The attendant was so helpful. I had been allocated a room with 1 bed but asked for two beds. The lady promptly rectified it and gave us a new room.

The breakfast was okay. I wish they had included some meat option, like sausage. It seems most people did not eat the complimentary breakfast though.

The property was as expected for a Microtel. I would suggest that the cleaning crew should do a better job cleaning the rooms. The floor in the room was very dirty. I complained about the dirty floor and it was cleaned and mopped within 30 min.

Everything was fine. I had no problem with any of the accommodations. I usually get a better rate, however.

It was all great, as usual, However, whoever was above my room stomped on their floor, my ceiling the whole time I was there. I couldn't believe they'd be so rude. I couldn't even sleep.

The odor from the cleaning chemicals was overwhelming in the room so we had to open the window and leave the room for a while.
