Room right next to elevator and was loud. Shower filled with water while showering. Bed had hair on it that wasn’t mine. No soap in bathroom. Fridge dirty inside

Hot water took a while to get hot in shower, very noisy being outside elevator. Could use some decaf or herbal teas in the kitchen area.

The bed was not comfortable at all, and nether my partner or myself had a good night's sleep.

The spa in the room was excellent. My partner and I enjoyed it as amenity very much.

We are aware that you allow pets but did not appreciate being woken up the two mornings we were there at 6 a.m. with constant barking going on for about an hour. Perhaps you could make sure rooms with pets are far away from or on another floor from other paying customers.

surprised to find NO mattress protection covers and mattress was not so clean, stains, etc. I thought it was a requirement and I would now question before staying here again. breakfast they ran out of syrup and coffee cup covers which seems odd.

There was a wet towel in my bathroom! It was hanging up neatly like a clean one. The phone did not work, at all! The reading light on the bedside was broken. There was an empty tissue box in the wall receptacle. The TV remote had buttons that didn’t work. I woke up the next morning and I was cold. Only to find out the window was wide open. I have always stayed for years at this location. But as the years have gone by the property has gone downhill. It is an excellent location, nearby many food choices and shopping. Also near the airport. But I will probably find a new place to stay next time I am in town. It’s a shame because the staff was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful! They went over and beyond to help me with my bags, from the car and to my room. They helped me figure out the laundry room. I was really happy with the staff.

The room was sparse and not very comfortable. For some reason we were given the handicap room. There was only 1 chair for a desk and a bench seat by the window, so no place to lounge. The bathroom had lower sink, shower fixtures and toilet, obviously because of the handicap accessibility but it was not very comfortable for a family of 4. All of us are capable so I’m not sure why we were given this room. My family refused to use the shower and therefore lined up when we got home to get clean. And if they were not comfortable and happy, I’m not comfortable and happy.

The location was good and the hotel seemed clean. We did not stay in the hotel besides to sleep, or get ready for our day.

My wife's bed had a fecal stain on her sheet and mattress which was unsettling to say the least.

We appreciated the help and kindness of the staff. The breakfast was adequate. My wife had problems with the cleanliness of the rooms, mine was fine.

Broken shower. Breakfast was all prepackaged- upgrade would have been appreciated. No management anywhere to notify about the shower. So the person before me had a broken shower. And probably the person after me, too. That’s a shame as the room was nice and the location close to RIT worked, too.

Room was spacious and pleasant. Shower did not work. Tried to find manager or any employee to notify of this and could not find anyone when looked twice. Waited at front desk long time then left. Breakfast was not at all what I expected. Could have upgraded this. Left and went out to breakfast. Hoping I do not get changed her for broken shower. Needed bed and shower. Got one out of two! Sun is student at RIT. Might need to look elsewhere next visit.
