The best part of my whole stay was Sarah at the front desk!!! She actually saved my life , on Monday after I was about to jump into the pool & the water wasn’t safe to swim in😩 Sarah saved the day & my life 🙏

The bed is too small - not a queen size, just a double bed. Breakfast was just ok. We've had better at the Microtel in Carlisle, PA Also noisy from the highway, could hear trucks going by. Hotel not easy access from highway.

Well kept motel. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Room was perfect and walkin shower was terrific. Only complaint would be the breakfast. Everything was carbs, no main protein like eggs and sausage. There was only packects of cream cheese for a protein. . English muffin seemed stale. Only apples no bananas or oranges

The bathroom had some small repairs needed that could be repaired in less than 30 min.

The hotel is very clean, and the suites were spacious. The price was right.

Room was kind of dumpy. Dog scratches on the door paint chipping off walls. Thin walls. Lighting was hospital esque.

Room size, quiet area, proximity to things in the city, good value for price. OK breakfast.

Set between two highways, the road noise was a bit louder than I'm used to.

The separate sleeping/living areas made it feel homey. The window seat made for a beautiful place to watch the sun rise. The staff were competent and friendly.

Particular attendant at the desk was not very personable. Not rude, just to the point and not super welcoming. I wouldn’t say that this should be a deterrent to staying again!

The room was very nice. My queen bed room had a cute cushioned sitting spot by the window. Towels, bed, and overall room were clean.

Breakfast could have more options. They could have machines that dispenser juice because not everybody drinks Soda.

I like the fact my room was close to parking, Close to the location I was going to.

The pool was small and there wasn't any ventilation.

For what we paid, the visit was all that one could expect... and more. Nothing really to improve when you consider this price range.... just keep it up and all is great.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice, spacious and clean room. Price was very reasonable, considering the facility and service.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster. Mainly everything was carbs. A bit of a let down but it was still free breakfast so we like that! The pool was nice but we didn't get to experience it too much cause there were lots of kids and it closed by the time we got down there. But all in all it was nice.

The room was pleasantly beautiful actually. Much more modern than I was expecting and I loved the window seat! It even had a sink and a little bar seating area and a sitting area that was separated by a room divider which was nice. It was very clean and nice.

The walls were like paper! We could hear every TV and personal conversation that was going on. It sounded like the guest's upstairs were jumping on their beds and running down the hallways that they were going to come through the ceiling. Did not have a good night's sleep since you could hear every little thing. If you travel with ear plugs and Ambien, you may be ok! Breakfast selections were pretty lackluster. Ended up going to Dunkin Donuts to get something more substantial.

Perfect Location and price for what we were looking for. Very clean and appeared to be a new building. Staff was very attentive and courteous.

As soon as we got there, we got charged double for the room. We were told that it didn’t go through, but it did. We had to dispute our card. We then went to our room on the first floor. It was filthy. The floors clearly weren’t vacuumed, the bed was made very sloppily, and the thermostat wasn’t working. Went to the front desk and asked if we could have a different room. The second room was worse than the first. Finally we got a decent room on the 3rd floor. The beds were decently comfortable and the thermostat worked in this room. We were ok until about dinner time when I think someone was making food and the hallways were overpowered with the smell of Indian food. It was awful. And it lingered for HOURS. Later on in the night we went to do laundry and the sign said that laundry supplies were sold down at the desk. We went down to get quarters for the machine and laundry powder only to find out that they DONT actually have laundry supplies at the desk so we ended up having to use bottles of shampoo to wash our clothes. We had planned on coming back to this hotel on the second leg of our trip but cancelled and stayed at the casino instead.
