Smell on the floors, breakfast, lack of proactive communication regarding shuttle pick-up spot from the airport (There are two pick-up spots but the shuttle may only access one of them. Unless you call and ask about it, you have no way to know and wait in vain as we did.)

Breakfast was in a container handed to us when we came down for breakfast. There were cereal and coffee options, but the hot breakfast was handed to us. Unfortunately we have food allergies and because everything was touching other food items we weren’t able to eat it.

Breakfast ended at 9am (early, especially considering some folks get in late at night), and the lady doing the breakfast had already cleared it up by 8.55am and locked the cabinets at that time, and seemed like she just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Poor service in that area.

Typical airport hotel, walking distance to 7/11 and not far from a Starbucks. Comfortable bed with large room, but breakfast ended early and was disappointing.

The bathroom was awful. Shower head was glued on. Spiders in a web at top of door in bathroom. Barely wanted to even go into bathroom. Yall need to clean up the rooms there.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a good selection. The rooms are outdated but fine for an overnight stay. Bed is fo for table and room is super clean. Free shuttle ro and feom airport is also a great perk.

Nest time, if someone is on the list for the shuttle to the airport, they should enquire before leaving them.

After my family left, I was left without a car. So having a shuttle service to the airports was the reason I picked your facility. However, the airport shuttle left without me. and nobody even called to see why I wasn't there. I had signed up for the 8:10am shuttle service. I arrived at the front desk at 8:10 and shuttle had just left. I had a panic attach right then and there. The front desk gal called the shuttle and he was just up the street and came back for me. I really appreciated them doing this. Good job on the service.

The hotel is situated where at the moment there isn't much around. There is a diner and a supermarket at walking distance, however beyond that you kind of need a car to get to places. Luckily the hotel has an airport shuttle to get you to and from the airport. (From there you could get to the rental car companies to pickup or dropoff a car) The hotel is old fashioned, which you can see from the small gym with limited and outdated machines. During my 5-night stay my room was never cleaned or trash emptied.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly upon check-in. On the first day I arrived really early in the day; the front desk staff let me store my suitcase there and were able to get me checked in early. The front office staff was also able to delay my checkout slightly, which was great. The airport shuttle runs 24hrs to DEN airport, which is a blessing if you arrive early or late. (Currently, the shuttle leaves from the hotel at 10 and 40 past the hour) There is a diner at <5 min walk (Moonlight Diner) from the hotel and a supermarket at 20min walk from the hotel.
