You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved that it seemed cozy and old school they just might need to update the breakfast it’s only waffle and toast, for the money I spent I felt it could have been better like apples oranges and maybe better cereal options
I liked the room but did not like that the room was connected to another room, the guest next door sound traveled under the door as if they were in my room on a one night stay out of three

The staff following you through the hotel, and then coming out circling or patrolling their parking lot. The ceilings need to be replaced. There was mold they only give you clean towels every three days the refrigerator doesn’t keep food cold there is no closet there is no dressers nothing for you to hang up anything. If you want to use the cart to bring your luggage in and out of the hotel, you only have 15 minutes to do so before they start charging you for using the cart so I wasn’t impressed and I will not come back again. Definitely recommend looking for something else.

However, the breakfast was lacking. They had good Folger's coffee, waffles, toast and cereals; but no real hot breakfast - no scrambled eggs & sausage to go with the waffles. I had to run to the nearby Chik FilA to get a real breakfast meal. Breakfast should be better.
Checking in and out was easy. Our room was modern and clean. No carpets, which was important to me because of my asthma. It had luxury vinyl plank flooring. I loved the white linens and towels.

Stayed on the 1st floor and for the 5 nights we were there, excessive noise was on the floor above us at night. Sounded like running and rolling a chairs racing for long periods of time. Breakfast was not up to par, no fruit, yogurt, grits, oatmeal, or pastries.

The toilet seat rocked (needed reseating on the floor). The noise level from the above floor until after 2:00 am was annoying but not the fault of the hotel.
The room was clean and spacious. A chair or small sofa would be appreciated in the large blank area of the room so that we did not have to sit on the bed. We did not eat breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

The mattress is on a metal frame that creaked and made noises any time I turned over. Mattress way too soft and breakfast didn't have much to choose from

Even though I paid booking.com in advance they took my credit card info and charged me again for the room and charged my card $50 damage retention. They checked the room and there was no damage. Still waiting for my refunds. And they promised me I would be refunded the 2 extra charges. ☹️☹️☹️
Terrible breakfast. No fruit. No yogurt. No eggs. Only bread to toast. They did have waffles and coffee

The lobby always smelled like Marijuana but I guess that isn't their fault. The front desk wasn't friendly at all very straight and to the point but I guess I couldn't expect a warm smile for the price. Some of the washcloths were dingy looking and no longer white

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Two sugar cereals, slices of bread for toast, waffles, juice and coffee machine. Did not meet the information on website when booking.
