The outside doors have been broken forever so you can't get back in if you are down the right wing, and security is an issue. The ice machine didn't work last trip and was still broken or broke again. The room we get is a no frig, no micro room. All microtel rooms are tiny but we don't hang around so it's no big deal. We have 2 show dogs we now travel with and the pet rate was now per pet, per night and brought the nightly rate up to a point that it doesn't make sense to stay here anymore with the lack of amenities and orlyher issues. Unfortunately this was our last stay here. We'll be searching for a new location for our October trip

It's our regular and familiar spot to stay when we visit our daughter. Great location for us.

Ice maker in the lobby was broken. There was a TV in the room, but no remote - and couldn't turn it on manually. Towels were ripped and stained (but clean). I was expecting a fridge, but there wasn't one. Also there were no lamps or USB ports anywhere - but I suppose the lack of tech/decor reflects the price.

Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Great price. Cute window seat in the room.

Heating unit was extremely loud, the heat that came out smelled bad. Room was ice cold when I first arrived. Iron burns in the carpet. Television was very slow and tedious for navigation of channels (many would not load). Room felt/smelled somewhat unclean and I was afraid to put my belongings down. Staff was short & acted frustrated to assist. Felt very unwelcome in an already dirty hotel.

It seemed the back door was ALWAYS open which meant ANYONE could come in without a key card, which we did several times during our stay! I know its legal but smells of pot in the hallway in areas where it was supposed to be smoke-free.

It was centrally located to all we wanted to do, size was good for us, we were not disturbed at all - which we liked, breakfast was ok. front desk were friendly.

The room and bathroom were very clean but bathroom EXTREMELY worn and dayed; toilet function poor; shower poor—no way to adjust spray and got cold fast. Bed was nicely made but mattress was clearly over-worn and lumpy.

The carpet in the room was dirty. "Queen" beds were probably fulls not queen's. Our bed slanted towards the head. The sheets were clean but old and pilled.

Staff was not very friendly, cared more about getting us to pay than ANYTHING. Of course we paid!!! Bathroom was gross and moldy. Breakfast was not worth it - we went to a diner instead. Could here all of the neighbors (kids crying, lady having a coughing fit etc.,) like they were in our room.

The breakfast area was very small and crowded. There was not much room to get food. Only about 2 people could get food at a time. There wasn't room for families to sit together to eat.

A peculiar lingering odor throughout the hotel that smelled of carpet cleaner; it was overbearing and not pleasant. For people who have sensitive noses or asthma, I would not recommend this establishment.

Lack of Wi-fi in room. They also did not make up the bed and clean the room for our two-nights stay.

1. The breakfast was barest minimum. Not commensurate to the price charged. Why, they did not even have proper milk pouches to add to coffee. They were using basic corn flour as 'whitener'. Luckily there was milk for cereals, which was cold. I had to reheat the coffee. 2. Room allotted to us (Room # 203) was a wi-fi black hole. The hotel had five wi-fi modems but apparently none reached this room. 3. The previous room allotted to us had no microwave oven, and the bathroom sink was clogged. I am surprised that room service personnel did not report this to management. In short if this were Motel 6, I could understand. But they generate higher expectations in guests and do not fulfill them.
