United States of AmericaNeed better breakfast selections. Property needs more update in some areas. Hotel smells old. Carpet in room and hallway overdue for cleaning to get the old smell out. Need to Hire professional cleaners or rent cleaning machine to clean the carpet. Vacuuming over and over will not get that smell away. There is an odor in the air that smells like a senior citizen facility home. Better quality towels. Should atleast offer bottle water to patrons on first day. 2nd floor laundry room is in poor condition and can be considered fire hazard due to expose electric wiring socket. The back door lock on first floor is broken. Why isn't this fixed. Lastly, the gym equipment are in poor conditions. Need update.
Front desk were very accommodating which i appreciate. First room I had on the first floor was horrible and I did not sleep that whole night. I came in late after 11 pm. I was given a better quality room which looks exactly like what's shown on hotel site the next day.

United States of AmericaThe property is understaffed. I could not get an answer when trying to call for the shuttle for over a half hour. I ended up waiting 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle without really knowing what was going on. When we got to the hotel a gentleman stated that he had been waiting the same amount of time to check in. Apparently there was only one person on staff that evening. So when the staff member drove to the airport, no one was answering the phone or checking anyone in. This was between 8 PM and 10 PM, so not late at night. The breakfast in the morning was in a paper container and stacked on a table. There was no breakfast room. If you wanted something to drink, it was quite a balancing act to get it all back to your room. Finally, there were clearly long-term guests staying at the hotel, who were very loud and got into a brawl in the hallway. I was afraid to leave my room.
The rooms were nicely appointed, if a bit rundown. There is a small kitchenette and workspace. The room itself is very large.

United States of AmericaThere were 4 or 5 trash bags beside the elevator and random bags in front of some of the hotel doors. They were there when we checked in and were still there when we checked out. There was a lady downstairs in lobby who was on her phone sorta just lounging with her shoes dangling on her toes. Upon checking out a very nice young girl assisted me and I ask for a receipt, it looked like she was trying to figure out how to do while a older gentleman was on the phone, he got huffy and seem irritated when she ask for help. That was very unprofessional. I will not be staying here again. The pictures were better then the actual hotel.
