As soon as you walked into the facility, you were overwhelmed by the smell of Pot!

Need better breakfast selections. Property needs more update in some areas. Hotel smells old. Carpet in room and hallway overdue for cleaning to get the old smell out. Need to Hire professional cleaners or rent cleaning machine to clean the carpet. Vacuuming over and over will not get that smell away. There is an odor in the air that smells like a senior citizen facility home. Better quality towels. Should atleast offer bottle water to patrons on first day. 2nd floor laundry room is in poor condition and can be considered fire hazard due to expose electric wiring socket. The back door lock on first floor is broken. Why isn't this fixed. Lastly, the gym equipment are in poor conditions. Need update.

Front desk were very accommodating which i appreciate. First room I had on the first floor was horrible and I did not sleep that whole night. I came in late after 11 pm. I was given a better quality room which looks exactly like what's shown on hotel site the next day.

The property is understaffed. I could not get an answer when trying to call for the shuttle for over a half hour. I ended up waiting 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle without really knowing what was going on. When we got to the hotel a gentleman stated that he had been waiting the same amount of time to check in. Apparently there was only one person on staff that evening. So when the staff member drove to the airport, no one was answering the phone or checking anyone in. This was between 8 PM and 10 PM, so not late at night. The breakfast in the morning was in a paper container and stacked on a table. There was no breakfast room. If you wanted something to drink, it was quite a balancing act to get it all back to your room. Finally, there were clearly long-term guests staying at the hotel, who were very loud and got into a brawl in the hallway. I was afraid to leave my room.

The rooms were nicely appointed, if a bit rundown. There is a small kitchenette and workspace. The room itself is very large.

The motel is understaffed. The man running the front desk was busy running the shuttle also. Breakfast was not out when it was supposed to be.

The price was fair. Not too far from the airport. Quiet.

Breakfast they served was all prepackaged carbs and high fructose corn syrup/Sunny D. Would rather them not advertise as breakfast included. Also charged a deposit at the hotel when it said 0 dollars due at the location upon arrival

The property was really convenient for access to BWI—they picked me up from the Marc station and dropped me at the airport very early the next morning, and even gave me some food for breakfast at 4am. I appreciated the convenience of this location very much.

Phone didn’t work and requested 3 times for it to be fixed during my 2 night stay. Also the sink had very low pressure and it stopped up on my first day. Website mentioned breakfast and waffles and it was a grab and go prepackaged breakfast.

There were 4 or 5 trash bags beside the elevator and random bags in front of some of the hotel doors. They were there when we checked in and were still there when we checked out. There was a lady downstairs in lobby who was on her phone sorta just lounging with her shoes dangling on her toes. Upon checking out a very nice young girl assisted me and I ask for a receipt, it looked like she was trying to figure out how to do while a older gentleman was on the phone, he got huffy and seem irritated when she ask for help. That was very unprofessional. I will not be staying here again. The pictures were better then the actual hotel.

Hallways are full of trash, lobby is not appealing, walls need painting. No ice machines work at all, there’s only one washer and one dryer that are always occupied because people live there monthly, the breakfast is just a bagel and some sunny delight and hot yougurt smh

The amount of trash that accumulated on 2nd floor was embarrassing. I hated walking the hall in the a.m. it was disgusting.

It was something I could afford. Most of the time my neighbors were quiet.

The patrons were mostly druggies who yell in the hallway. There were stains on the couch, and the "fresh sheets", 2 small pillows for a 2 person room and worst of all, roaches

less harsh light in the rooms. I was expecting more than a preboxed breakfast, thought there would be options from the displays that were on the counters.

The common areas were not well cleaned or maintained. It's a shame because I feel like it wouldn't take much to clean up what is wrong. And the things that are right are so important.

I need for there to be 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. Needs to have the water faucet adjusted because it kept falling off. The room was way to small like a kids room.

Bathroom wasn’t completely clean. Pillows felt like upholstery cushions-hard as rocks. Room was a bit noisy. “Breakfast was inedible vending machines fare”. Give up if you’re diabetic, celiac, etc. no fruit, not even a boiled egg.

Room was adequate for the few hours I needed. Nothing I’d repeat. Very friendly and pleasant staff persons.

Lights could have been better located. More lamps.

Location is great. Front desk check in was quick, but housekeeping just didn't reply or couldn't speak English. Not the cleanest place, but comfortable. We handicap bathroom with a roll in shower. Could have been cleaner.Tv was was and the picture even smaller, remote didn't work. Fridge has ice in it. Microwave was dirty and no cover on the outlet used for the microwave.
