We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Breakfast was included but no hot choices other than waffles. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed, only on one side, and it wasn’t working. There was no way to have have cell phones near bed.
Room was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and was pleased the shower was wheelchair accessible.

The pillows could use some attention, they were pretty rough.
This hotel probably have the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel, and they were super accommodating with my pets. The hotel was relatively clean and great water pressure in the shower.

Our microwave handle was missing from the microwave.
The pool was warm. Breakfast was ok they had cereal, oatmeal, apples, oranges, milk, muffins, waffles, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and yogurt

Elevator out of service as we were on second floor. Booked a specific room from Booking.com. This room was not available when we arrived 15 minutes later. The bathroom had a large amount of hair in the tub, built up dirt in corners. The mattresses need to be replaced

The reception was quick and easy. The room was more than adequate and we did have a minor connectivity issue with the TV however your staff looked after this quickly and with no muss or fuss. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. We would certainly stay with you again Thanks, John

The bathroom had leaks with all fixtures. All dripped constantly. The bathroom door was peeled. The pool was open but not bath towels were available. Although the bed was comfortable there were no blankets just sheets. No blankets were found anywhere on the room. Lastly the ad stated breakfast was included. The breakfast was a continental breakfast not a full breakfast. The only things available were carb and sugar laidened. There were no choices with protein. This made it difficult to have a healthy start. Of breakfast is just continental that should be clearly stated.
They beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The sheets were clean.

The smell of cigarette smoke was very overpowering even in the non smoking section. That would prevent me from booking this location in the future.

No control over the horse play in the pool. There is a camera in the pool area but no one came in to stop the jumping from the 15 kids in the pool. Plus when asking for a pool towel staff was very rude and stated, if we have them. Plus there was smell of pot smoke outside and inside the facility. We spotted someone having adult relations in their car outside the entrance.

Should have quiet hours after 10 or 11 pm. Guests on one side talking until 3 in morning. Maybe have designated section of hotel for just pets. Dogs on other side guest room starting barking at 6:20 am
