It appears that the window had been broken at some point. Very possibly there was moisture leaked and the blackout curtains were deteriorated and did not provide blocking. Breakfast was very sparse.

Decent value and overall a reasonable place to stay.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as some other places I've stayed, but it was adequate. The place was a little dated, but clean.

The room did not have a comforter on the bed and so I had to call the front desk to have one brought up to the room. We were exhausted and ready for bed - it was 11pm... Then after that, the television wouldn't work so we had to exchange rooms completely.

I am sure the small amount of stuff available for breakfast is part of what keeps the cost down but a little more to offer for breakfast would be nice.

It was easy to get to. It was clean and adequate space for two people. The young man that checked us in was very personable and made us feel welcomed. We stayed at this hotel back in August of this year and he was the one that checked us in then as well! We were pleased he was still there!!

The room needed some updates, carpet was stained and lifting in spots, the toilet ran unless you wiggled the handle every time you used the bathroom and most of the room light bulbs were out.

The people were very friendly and the rates were good.

The room I was initially assigned air conditioning did not work so had to move rooms. There is no place in the rooms to hang clothes that need to be hung up. The alarm clock in the room did not work. The sheets on the bed had deep stains on them the sheets were clean, but the satins were unsightly. If you don't like waffles or cereals the breakfast had a very limited selection.

The staff was very good friendly and quickly handle a big problem with my room. The location is very good back away from the highway so noise not an issue.

A/C didn't work but staff gave us a big fan after cleaning it to make up for no air. The fan worked out better than A/C with air circulation.

The carpet was a bit shabby, and the metal towel rack in the bath room was about to fall apart. We could not get the TV to work (OK for me, but my wife was disappointed). The Microtel Inn sign was partially obscured by vegetation and was not lighted, making it difficult to find after dark. The parking lot was completely dark, and needs to be lit up. The breakfast was pretty basic. The apple and orange juice dispensers did not work, but there were individual servings (or half-servings) of those juices. Sometimes there was milk for cereal, sometimes not.

The price was acceptable. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. The breakfast was adequate.
