Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

My first stay was perfect but my Second stay I got a smelly room, annoying smell, the bathroom sink was clogged and the fridge makes some loud noise so I couldn't sleep well. The rest was fine.

Minor complaints: room soundproofing, lighting arrangement and desk depth could be improved.
Third stay in 4 years at this hotel. Very well designed, clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and good breakfast, plus nice perk of 24 hour coffee and tea. Easy on-off from Route 80. Decent price. I plan to stay here in future when traveling in this area..

Breakfast was ok but for protein they had only sausage, no bacon, and that sausage was not that great, but it's so close to a reasonably priced restaurant that it didn't matter to us, there rest of the breakfast items more than made up for that.
Easy to get there, clean and fresh, enough towels, small exercise room, nice view, quiet, everything worked as it should except 1 USB port in the room desk but there was another USB port in the microwave that worked. Located close to shopping for any necessary items but quiet at the facility. Breakfast in the morning 630 til 9 had Lots of breakfast muffins and bread items, make your own pancakes, cereals, yogurt, several fruit juices and coffee was good. Eggs and sausage. An outdoor pavilion with tables and chairs and a couple gas grills for cooking up something on your own. There's an Eat n Park restaurant only a quarter mile away. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The hotel was in a pretty small town that wasn't near many restaurants. The vanity was pretty small in the bathroom. Wish there was a bigger bed.
We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room and the amount of amenities in the room. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge, table area, and couch. We liked that this hotel had space for our dog to be outside.

We loved everything. The only thing we noticed is that the rooms don't have a lot of light, but that is more a preference on our end than the hotel's fault. In all honestly, it was a great stay.
This little hotel has all you need. It is pretty, organized, and very clean. The staff welcome you, and the check-in is very smooth. Super fast checkout, too.

Walls are thin. Heard the guy next door snoring and couple talking loudly. At least there were NO pets barking.
Very clean. Front staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower had a light! Plugs by the bedside lamps. Close to shops, fast food and locally owned restaurants. Breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage)

There’s not a lot in the area - not many restaurants or other amenities. The staff wasn’t super-friendly - not unfriendly, but didn’t go out of their way to be accommodating, either.
It is very conveniently located off I-80 and has EV chargers.

That you did not have the Belgium waffle maker that you have in your pictures on the website. They need to be updated to reflect accurately what you have available today. Also, the toilet was loose before we got there, which we forgot to tell them when we checked out.
Pancakes were very good and good selection of various foods for breakfast. Shower pressure was awesome. Fireplace and stonework throughout was inviting. Window seat watching the sunset view was wonderful.

The doors slam shut every single time. We also requested connecting rooms and could only be side by side which made us need to go back and forth a lot and the doors just kept slamming.
Breakfast was adequate but not very abundant seating.
