The first room we checked into had mold on the Bible and it only had one bed when we asked for two. Then I got charged SIX times for my room that we only spent two nights In totaling to $1200 when the room was $470for both nights.

All the breakfast had dairy, so I couldn't eat it. There wasn't sufficient parking. I had to cram my car next to a construction trailer that was over its stripe. Street parking was full with 18 wheelers. People strung out on drugs came in the lobby in the evening. Staff handled the sketchy people well, but I was concerned about our safety. They should have locked the doors earlier and only let residents and their guests in. They told us that they locked the doors at 9 with only key access after that, but this occurred after 9 while we were waiting for our guests in the lobby when this occurred. Now the property is claiming that they have no record of me ever staying there in their response to my initial review above. Yes, the street parking on Promenade is full of 18 wheelers and big rig trailers that you cannot park your personal vehicle. Yes, the breakfast was pre-made pastries and items with cheese on them which all contain dairy. I had to go to Whataburger down the street to get a taco for breakfast.

Bugs in the room. Dirty bathroom. Dimly lit parking and entrance. Questionable guests/people sitting on curbs in parking lot. Did NOT feel safe to leave car. Will NEVER pay in advance without knowing what the hotel is actually like.

I was surprised to find our room didn't have a coffee pot but others did. I will have to get that upgrade next time!

The cleaning ladies were nice and helpful when I didn't have what I needed in my room. There was no shampoo/conditioner and only 3 towel sets for 4 people.

Walls super thin. I believe there was a special needs kid next door to us and we could hear everything that was going on. I realize they couldn’t help it but it was loud and ruined our our evening. I’m used to staying in nice hotels so this was a bit of a shocker for me. Older, a little run down, and not the safest parking lot. We had a hub cap stolen off of our truck and looks like they were trying for another one before bolting out of there. They lock the front door at 9 pm which told me something wasn’t right. The price was pretty high for what it was. Just because it was college move in weekend they raised the prices. It was not worth that at all. The lady at the front desk was super friendly.

There's never any trash bags in the trash cans the big one in the hall had a new one draped over the side like the people staying there needed to put it in so I'm guessing room service doesn't like doing trash bags. I noticed the arm of my desk chair was loose and when I came back to my room there was the bolt laying on the TV stand the arm of the chair hanging off I figure shouldn't they report that to be fixed instead of leaving it for me to fix so I'm also guessing thinking room keeping doesn't wanna take care of that either. Everything else is great and I appreciate their kindness and help.

the elevator had a weird smell of dog.

everything was clean and new. the breakfast was delicious and very hearty. they had breakfast croissants, kolaches (pigs in a blanket), sausage biscuits and waffles. they had great coffee, apple juice, orange juice and all kinds of snacks like honey buns and fresh fruit. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son at A&M.

let me say that last night was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! we were n third floor and the noises were just non stop last night! we even called downstairs -front desk and reported it twice but it took a while to resolve the problem. we wanted to sleep because we had a long day helping our daughters move-in for college and we ended up staying up late because the guests in third floors are bunch of teenagers or something and were making so much noises! it was poorly handled. The breakfast was also terrible. didn’t have coffee because the coffee maker broke. We will never go back to this hotel again!

No one to greet me a note tape up said lady step out , flower dirt on counter. Coffee dripping on floor . Dirty torn carpet. dirty elevator carpet an hand prints on wall. Our sheet had torn spots no blanket in room but worst of all was the roach in the bathroom. I took pictures to back this statement up.

Went for my son’s college graduation, everything was just as I expected. The staff was very friendly even asked for a late checkout and they accommodated my request, and the room was clean!

Our bed had some nasty black stuff on the mattress and bed linen. We called the front desk and a young lady came immediately! She looked at it and called the manager. We were moved to another room immediately.

The noises that we heard thru the walls was horrible. It kept us up all night with a loud snoring we can hear when I turned on music to tune out the snoring noise we got a noise complaint saying we were too loud but yet the person next door kept us up all night with his snoring noise when I complained about that they said it was natural noise which is bull crap. When we continued our stay we asked to be moved to another room due to this issue I refused to stay in that room for the price we paid for the 5 nights

The towels were tiny and very thin. Breakfast was very disappointing. Everything processed or packaged. Nothing fresh, not even bread or milk. The lighting in the room was dreadful. Only a single light by the beds. Advertised as having a snack bar, this also was limited to crisps or microwave meals. Nowhere to eat in walking distance so we had to drive to find food. Although the room had an iron, microwave and fridge, it was lacking a basic - a kettle. To get a warm drink you had to go downstairs
