Being stuck in the first floor where people had pets they were going in and out all night long

Before booking. I had a conversation with one of the front desk hotel staff . She told me that I will have a 10% refund because we are seniors. But at check in, 05/04/2024, shift manager told me that this is not going to happen. She was not even apologetic about information given to me by the previous hotel representative. We were very unsatisfied. We are both on disability and expected better treatment from hotel staff. After a long drive and expecting a quiet night, we felt very stressed out. I do not recommend discussing any price adjustments over the phone as they will not honor them.

All good! Even good food next door that they suggested. Sorry Nobody let me down.

I have problems sleeping. I requested a room away from elevators and ice machine. I asked if a room on the top floor was possible, to avoid hearing people with heavy feet. They accommodated me and gave upgrade. For that reason I stayed 3 more days and became a Wyndham member. I did have to pay more for the upgraded room, but I got what I wanted. Most hotels don’t accommodate me or care.

Wall is a bit thin, so you can hear neighbors clear.

Great place to stay for Loveland ski area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Scenic place. We took a walk around the lake.

Jade was not very friendly and that's a shame because everyone else was pleasant. She didn't have a customer focused attitude and that should be corrected. Also the pancake maker was great but no eggs! That would be a great improvement. The walls are also very thin.

we mistakenly reserved for the wrong night and the hotel very graciously changed our reservation and refunded the amount we had paid for the wrong date. We were very pleased with the staff and the accommodations!

Very clean . Had difficulty sleeoing because of all the light in the room from outside parking lot lights, under the door, blue lights from microwave etc. Also pillows were too hard. Breakfast was great. Loved the lobby area with the fireplace. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

We upgraded our room to a “view of Georgetown lake” Which was basically a pond across 2 construction sites. They did refund the upgrade.

The location by the lake is beautiful. I was able to walk my dog around the lake and end up at the back door.

Very noisy, was expecting handicap room with shower and lake view., room was not what I expected. I did send an email to the hotel when I upgraded and never got a response. The upgrade was not worth the extra money.
