You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Friendly guy at front desk, low traffic road and you couldn’t hear the interstate noise really. Room was small but good for just one person and I think there are bigger rooms. Room was clean.

United States of AmericaThere was a crack in the middle of the mirror above the bed and the microwave was difficult to use and there is rust on all the door frames also the door hinge needs to be replaced or oiled.
The beds were comfortable and I loved how there was a pull out couch bed. The room was clean and a good temperature.

United States of AmericaThe complimentary breakfast was not very good. Not everyone like Busch and gravy. I have traveled a lot and have spent time staying in a lot of hotels. All of them offered some sort of eggs and a meat like sausage or bacon. Seemed very minimal effort was put into it.

United States of AmericaThe online documentation states that pets are welcome. Finding out by a front desk staff member that doesn't speak effective English to me. The front desk staff member wrote me on a napkin stating "cat, not allowed." I explained that the cat is a Certified ESA, and he continued to say "No cat!" "No cat!" "No Cat!" I'm disabled, and have Certification of the ESA. Sometime after Sunday, 9/17/23 I noticed three invoice charges of the three weeks reserved via bookings. These three invoices do not explain the charges. Once I noticed that the charges had cleared the charges; I called Capital One to Dispute the charges. There are so many problems with being treated so badly; I had to ignore, so that I could focus on meeting up to goal, of finding housing. I'm still homeless; and very disappointed with the way I've been treated. Due to my disability, I have to live a life of Positivity and Happiness. The attitudes of the male front desk staff members are an embarrassment to the way I was treated. In addition, they make there own rules and policies that argue with the words online. I made the reservations online. Then found out, that new unwritten rules and policies are expected to be followed.
On Sunday, 9/17/23 I was threatened to be evicted for having an ESA in the room. Due to the threats and feeling uncomfortable with the staff, I met half-way from Sioux Falls to the Twin Cities with the ESA. I dropped my Certified ESA with my sister. My reason for the stay in Sioux Falls is to find housing and other related stressful activities; I felt uncomfortable until checkout today. What did I like? I liked biscuits & gravy for breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe walls were dirty. It looked like someone wiped their nose on the wall. I thought the breakfast was okay. My husband said the biscuits didn't seem like they were cooked. He put them in the microwave for a little bit, and they were fine.
The staff was really friendly. It's in a great location. They did NOT have bed bugs! Yeaaaaaaaay! The last 3 places I stayed (higher end hotels) had bed bugs, so I am always nervous about that. I have a severe allergy to their saliva, so naturally, they love to feast on me. This place was good, though.
