The room looks nothing like the pictures. The room was super small.. I saw 2 roaches 1 was giving birth. I killed them. It smelled like mildew and mold. The door had electric tape where the locks used to be.. The sheets aren't changed on the regular I brought my own disposable sheets and towels.

Room had a bad smell, only 2 towels in the room, they did not change them out over the weekend. Room Phone did not work. Pool was not open (this was the main reason I booked here since I had my children) cleaning lady tried to come in our room before check out time and looked at me like I was crazy and didn't apologize. I had to explain to her checkout time was not until 11 and I was packing my things, this was at 10:24am

People were very loud couldn’t get no good sleep .. they were knocking at our door which they had wrong room .. we didn’t have a chair in the room and had to go to front desk to get a remote for the tv .. people hanging out outside

The floor was sticky and not clean, the TV remote wasn't working and the bed covers had stains on them.

Check in was ok, but there was no remote for the television and it took about an hour to get one. The room was small with not much room to move around. The floor wasn't swept properly and there was paper wrap on the floor. The bed was made, but when checking for bedbugs I was shaking the pillows, and a baby critter fell on the sheet. The desk had a lamp taking up space where you would hang clothes that needed hanging. The room above me had people banging on the floor for several hours of the stay.

there were some cigarette holes in the chair & the inside was pretty dated/ old looking but other than that nothing to bad. Not a hotel I’m looking to goto just something last minute I would use.

it was decent for the price & area but other than that I probably wouldn’t go back. The Customer service was pretty good though so that’s a plus.

As we arrived and opened the lobby door it fell off its hinges while holding my 3 yr old granddaughter I should have left then. At breakfast there was no creamer for coffee nor orange juice. The worst thing was a dead roach left on the bathroom toilet. My husband found a housekeeping cart in the hall and got supplys off it to clean the room b4 we settled in. He had to sweep and mop hardwood floors wipe down furniture and clean the bathroom. I come to Augusta often to visit my adult children and grandchildren this was the first and last time I stay at this hotel. At night there were so many sketchy people some even coming up to us in parking lot asking for money which made us very uncomfortable. I've learned my lesson stick to usual hotel we stay at don't try anything new.

Had a joining rooms which the first night someone was staying in and we heard everything they did but after that the fire alarm kept beeping needing the battery to be replaced I told staff constantly and I was told that that's just how it is that's normal, it sounded like he was beeping inside our room and we had to sleep with a sound machine and the TV on and pillows on top of our heads kept complaining and they kept just saying that they beat and that's normal no it's not

It was hard getting the deposit back that was required for the room. Kept getting the run around. Took more than 4 days for the funds to be released. The manager didn't want to refund the money saying that she didn't see where a deposit was given. Eventhough it was charged to the card.

The breakfast taste like it all came out of a box or a can and the room had this terrible musty smell. I was ok for staying over night but staying another night wasn’t an option due to the breakfast and the smell of the room.

The fact that you need a key to get into the front door. That made me feel safe.

The room had a slight odor. There were towels hanging up in the bathroom, not sure if its just how Quality Inn presents the room or if they were left by previous occupants. One of the beds had gotten bumped to the side and we could see trash underneath the bed. My husband killed two roach bugs in the bathroom.

The room was a decent size. The beds were comfy. The staff were nice.

The Sofa in the room was very soiled and should have been removed. The room had roaches, the hallway carpet was in desperate need of a vaccuming. The entry door locks were changed but the shavings from the wood was left on the floor, in and out of the room. This property is in desperate need of refresh/remodel.

The size of the room was perfect and the set up was great. The Sofa in the room was a extra bonus.

Room had no trash can, no clothes hangars or shampoo. We could hear conversations in the hallway and in nearby rooms. The phone in the room did not work to call and ask about any of these things. The hotel also said I had two reservations on file. i called booking and they confirmed that there was only one but i had to get Booking.com to call the hotel to have the extra one removed they would not do it for me.

It was close to where we were going. Staff was nice and complementary snacks and drinks was a good surprise.
