They need to have ice on hand in the machine for when people need some. should clean rugs occasionally and stay on top of coffee making in the morning. People like these accommodations.

Screen door was dirty and wouldn't close. Windows on ground floor left open...both a security issue and bad for letting in allergens and smoke. I had a non-smoking room with a dirty ash tray on the outside window sill. People smoking outside rooms stunk up the outside and my room. Not good for someone with Emphysema.

Kind of smallish!

Best budget motel I've ever stayed in, an old-timey winner. Although the room was kind of small, it was very clean, with nice seating, bedding and carpeting, great lighting, a TV that actually works, a fridge, sparkling bathroom fixtures, convenient parking. Also, a mention about the vast lawn out front, with rustic wood carvings (a bear, eagles); and pretty much out of range of Route 6 traffic noise. The operator knows what people want. All this, and a short drive east to the classic shiny "Village Diner".

I can't really think of anything. My expectations were met and then went even beyond that.

A very accommodating staff and the room was very clean. Great location to get to plenty of hiking trails within the area. A great restaurant right across the street. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Milford which is absolutely perfect for the summer months.

Nothing, it's not a hotel but motel, this place has to be demolished and rebuild to a something decent, its 21 century and america is stuck in 50s, Milford is really nice place to vusit but because there is no decent place to stay is big ge changer

Need a channel guide for the TV -- non-locals don't know how to find the channels they want. I spent a LOT of time just scrolling through.

I have two pages of things that were wrong here with pictures! What started it off was being told I was getting two queen beds an ended up with two full beds on queen bed frames. This means the metal bed frames stuck out 2ins on either side.The beds were very stiff. We were only give two pillows on each bed that were very old and flat.The heat was another issues the baseboard heat thermostat fell off the wall when I went to turn on the heat, once we put it back it didnt seem the control the heat.. But over all the place was very dirty every where an very run down. Broken things: TV, furniture, lights, main door frame, window sill, refrigerator seal, so much more. I did leave the list of things there for the owner. I chose this place because it was close to family but had to keep crossing a toll bridge to get 6 miles to there house.

I choes this place for location turned out to be a bad decision. Seem like low income housing rather then a motel.

Location for the purpose of my visit.

Very old with some updates in room. Room is very small only a full-size bed which is small for two adults. Pillows were smaller than standard size. Bathroom appears to be original harvest gold an avocado tub and tile, newer showerhead. Two white plastic chairs Outside of your room. Chairs dirty and cheap. Coffee available in the office only morning hours. Powdered milk only. Motel had one soda vending machine no other vending machines available.

When we arrived the person at the desk asked if we had 1 dog and I said ,"No, we have 2 small dogs." The man then said they did not accept pets. It seems funny that he asked if we had 1 dog but they didn't accept pets. We called before booking our reservation and were told they did accept pets. They did not give us our money back. I will never recommend them to anyone.
