We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The inn was beautiful! The Sangria in the lobby was a nice suprise as was the room service breakfast. The food and coffee were delicious and the delivery was on time the three days we stayed. I loved the brick walls, high ceilings and rooftop deck! Our stay was great and we would definitely stay there again!

United States of AmericaI appreciated being comp'd from a king studio to king one bedroom! But the room was right across from the Inn's office and in the morning - it was way too loud!
It is nice to have a little something first thing in morning left by your door. I was missing a piece of my breakfast that morning, but it was ok. The rest of the goodies made up for it.
