Soiled linens comfortable but not the cleanest!

Location was close to the events we were there for the price was good but the blankets had stains on them and had a hard time adjusting the shower and opening the drain in the tub but overall I would stay here again!

It was difficult to get housekeeping to come clean our room, and replace towels and chane bedding. The breakfast could be better, but it wasn't terrible either

I didn't love that the exterior doors didn't lock, but that being said, I didn't see anything dodgy. Overall, it seemed like a well-minded place and I felt comfortable in my room.

For the price and convenience off the highway, as well as no extra pet fees, this hotel is perfect for a stopover when you're hauling across country. It's definitely a little run down, but clean enough and safe.

They were very good to give us a norther room because the room had a smell in it and they were pretty ok about everything

It would have better if they lesson to my want like I wanted bigger I remember when I booked 2 queen beds I had to sleep with my wife on a double bed it made me very uncomfortable .and I asked to have my friends close they were like a meals a way other than that it was ok they gave us good service

Bathroom was dirty. Hole in the wall where the water comes in for the toilet, which is big enough for rodents to get in. Tub was dingy. Floors dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. And it looks like one of the shower shelves got melted somehow.

Good location off I90. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Had someone trying to get into our room around midnight because front desk thought it was an empty room. Then had staff come and open up the door (luckily had the door latch flipped so they could only get it open 2 inches) and wake us up asking if we were in the wrong room. But he did apologize for waking us up saying they thought we were in the room across the hall.

Good location right off i90. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable bathroom was clean. Most of staff was very friendly if you just need a quick place to stop for a night.

Our bathroom smelt a bit like cigarette smoke, although we had a non-smoker room. Fitness room and outdoor pool were closed down.

Room was clean, parking was easy and staff was friendly. Free coffee, tea and fruits. Got what we expected for the price. Good destination for an overnight stay.

The entrance door into the building had no lock. Anyone off the street could have walked into the building! The room had very strong smell of "air freshener" when we walked in. The chest-style ice maker had no scooper so guests likely scooped ice with the ice bucket or with bare hands. Unsanitary!! The listing states "American Breakfast" when it was actually a "Continental Breakfast". The listing needs to be corrected.

Cleanliness. The bathroom was not up to standards. Dried pee left on the seat & hair in the tub. There could of been more help. Also access to clean sheets , more pillows & trash bags

The air fresheners they use are very over powering… actually gave me a headache and couldn’t fall asleep. Pillows seemed like they were half the size of a standard pillow .. even two pillows were quite short of a standard pillow . Maybe need to invest in new firmer pillows. The bed seemed as if the head of the bed was lower than foot of bed. You felt like you were sliding down the bed. Side door had no lock … anyone could just walk in during the night. It made it very hard to fall asleep when you hear people coming in at 3 and 4 in the morning

The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets had obvious red stains on them which were unclear if blood or something else. The wall by the door had huge black stains/smudges all over it. The primary lock on the door was broken in some way, with the room side partially disassembled with silver duct tape covering the opening where parts of it were missing.

It was directly off the highway, which was super convenient as a stopping place for the night on a longer drive heading out to Maine, and we got a full night's sleep without any issues. Interestingly, the TV seemed to be hooked up to a Google TV device of some kind that was logged into someone else's accounts for multiple streaming apps.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked in. The parking lot was terrible a ton of potholes.

The breakfast was OK better than a lot of places that I’ve been to. The staff was extremely friendly. The kids liked the outdoor pool.

The neon lights around the building seeped through the windows, so the room remained bright which didn't help with sleep. The beds need replacing, because it felt like its been over used and contorted our bodies. Also, the shower curtains were very badly stained, along with the shower itself. The towels were also very yellow and small, and the noise from the hallway was amplified through the cracks in the door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile as soon as we entered. The continental breakfast was ok. It was presentable.
