The room had no mini fridge!! When i called them they said that you need to order it before coming? Who does this? Really, who does? Also we changed the room because the carpet had a big strain on the floor of the room. When they changed the room because of the strain, it had no coffee machine! So we had to order it!

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room was hot and stuffy and we needed to purchase a fan to keep it somewhat comfortable.

The location was great and the views to die for. But the beds were not comfy and the room was stuffy and warm. We had to buy a fan to keep it comfortable. The shower continued to fill up as we showered. But the staff was very helpful.

The hotel deserve and need a big refresh. The price even if the location was good, was disproportional for the old room that we had.

It was in Times Square so the location was absolutely perfect. Near Bryant park also which is a beautiful park. The view of the room ( which I paid for it) was very good. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Staff were not very friendly. Would not assist us in getting a taxi. No where to really sit in the lobby. This hotel appears to outgrown its building. Too busy and check in times lousy. Stayed in a Millennium in Chengdhu which was better.

Location was good. Room was pretty good. The best thing was we were allowed to leave luggage whilst waiting to check in.

The room smelled awful, the cigarette smoke scent was overwhelming. The room was also very hot I had to keep the window open in order to ventilate the room.

Location was great, very close to Times Square and the Subway station. Super close to several places to eat and sites.

The room was old and had a dripping bathroom faucet. No refrigerator which would have been nice to have due to the amount of leftovers from dining out. Coffee was not replaced in the room in the morning that we had housekeeping come in to clean.

Just basic amenities. No fridge, no kettle or any basic cutlery/kitchen stuff. We wouldn't mind not having any of these if the hotel at least had a restaurant and offered breakfast. Rooms didn't seem to be vacuum cleaned. There wasn't any toilet brush which is a must-have for any proper accommodation.

The location is quite unbeatable and views from the 43rd floor were really nice. Kind and helpful staff.

No mini bar/refrigerator in room. Furniture beat up/scratched and needed to be replaced. Hinges to where mini-bar/refrigerator had been were missing. Caulking in bathroom around tub needed to be refreshed.

Check in and check out were quick and easy; proximity to Times Square. View from room overlooking Times Square from 40 stories above was breathtaking. Fact that a room key is needed on elevator to gain access to my floor provides additional safety and security. The room was spacious.
