The location: the beach across the street, stores, supermarket, and public transportation very close. The staff was also very polite and helpful!!

I would have liked a small rug bedside. The floors get very sandy and it would be nice to wipe off your feet on a little rug before you get into bed. Otherwise the room was great!

The access to the beach is unbeatable. The pool is great too although the first day we were there it needed cleaning badly. The next day it had been cleaned and was much better. Both days there were clumps of hair -one fairly large one on the side of the pool and then a smaller one inside the pool the next day. With many children enjoying the pool its easy to understand but ...ew!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't prioritize customer service, likely due to the consistently high demand. The room had a lot of humidity, and we could barely breathe.

This hotel is right in front of the beach, offering an excellent location. Hotels in Miami are usually pricey, but this one stands out as a reasonable cost and benefit option.

While the hotel has many positive aspects, there are areas that could be improved. The building is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The elevators, in particular, are somewhat erratic and noisy, which was noticeable as our room was adjacent to them. Additionally, the bar closing at 6 PM was inconvenient, as I would have appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the pool area and dine at the hotel later in the evening. Lastly, there were minor cleaning issues that, although not major, did detract from the overall experience.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The parking, although at an additional cost, is conveniently situated right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the layout is well-thought-out, with a main hallway that provides direct access to the pool and beach area, enhancing the overall convenience and experience. The staff is also very welcoming and proficient in multiple languages, which made communication easy and pleasant.

They have rooms where you cannot open the window. For me that’s a disaster, so I had to upgrade to a room with balcony

The floor was very cold and there was no rugs or at least disposable shoes. I had to wear my shoes from the beach (with sand) or sneakers in the room.

The location is perfect! Right by the beach and in front of Collins Avenue, everything you could possibly need. The hotel has good restaurants, the 5th floor has an amazing view, and the ground floor is very cozy.

Only concern was that the old elevator at the front of the hotel doesn't always work. Staff does know about it so hopefully it'll be fixed very soon.

Location was amazing. We wanted a small, quiet, boutique hotel right on the ocean away from all the loud resorts of south Miami beach. Exactly what I wanted. View from the 5th floor restaurant for breakfast was breathtaking.

Noise cancellation in the rooms is awful you can hear almost everything from the corridors and the other rooms. The elevator had serious functionality issues, it would be really slow and would not stop on the assigned floor for some reasons. It would have been nice to have been offered a couple of bottles of water at least as a welcoming ¨treat¨to the room, but we weren´t offered any.

Location is very nice, the hotel is just across the beach and the pool has a nice view of the water. The pool has a Greek restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast was okay but the view from the terrace is really worth it. The stuff was friendly.

The room was too hot and the air condition too loud. When we did the check in the guy was super rude, pushing us to move the car, to give the credit car. We were just arrived and just need few time to find the passports. The parking feed should be included in the room rate.

Very nice location in front of the sea. Around there is a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, laundry etc. Good also for the parking slots that are in the front of the hotel

Pictures give an impression of a newer property, but it’s a somewhat odd older hotel that’s been renovated. Ceilings are low and rooms are somewhat bare.

Great location in a less busy part of Miami Beach, but still close to South Beach and the rest of the hotel. Had a little beach club with chairs, towels, and drink service, which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Neither food nor bad: lots of older European guests for some reason?

Not good Organisation in peak hours, long waiting even to ask for towels, this should be in the Pool. No fresh air on the room or bathroom, no windows open, so clothes do not dry fast. No view without balcony.

Location great and Personal was friendly. Beach great and umbrella included.

Our room was not so great. It was very dark, the window shade was very flimsy and frayed. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so things got super steamy. There is no screen on the bathroom window so opening the window to let out the steam was not an option. It would be nice if there were a rug on the floor to warm things up.

The pool, restaurant, beach and lounge areas are great! Everything was clean, inviting and well kept.
