I wish there dust pan and broom set in my room. I also would have liked a few more trash bags in the room. As well, people were loud at times at night. I could hear construction going on, which was tad annoying. Otherwise nothing else to complain.

Perfect location, staff was amazing, room was good. My car ended up breaking down, and staff even tried to help. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I appreciate everything about my stay.

The only things I didn’t care for were they don’t provide enough towels for 3 people and the washer dryer combo is not effective m, took hours to dry the two towels and I wash cloth they gave us. The couch was pretty stiff, look great to the eye but not comfy. The bed was on the second level and you should know the plumbing pipes are right there. I hit my head twice they are low hanging around the whole room and right next to the dresser. Every time the rooms above use water you can hear it running and into the pipes.

The property is in a secure location and close to site seeing places. The property is beautiful and kept clean. The one bedroom we stayed in had a view of a little grassy park and was surprisingly quiet. It came fully furnished.

Only problem are the pipes and the noise. You need to be prepared about how loud the drain pipes are and they are situated right above the bed.

Modern with tons of amenities. It was very clean and super convenient. Parking was actually a positive and that’s saying A LOT for Philly where private parking bs city parking is run by the mob.

The loft was cute and comfortable for a single or couple. The only part was the noise from the water pipes. The first two days I tuned out the noise but on the third day it was annoying, like marbles in a jar.

The location was excellent. A short walk to downtown and historical places and shirt Uber ride throughout the city or bike rental close by.

The washer/dryer didn’t work on our stay but they were quick to respond.

Location. Fantastic location right across the street from Liberty bell and other historical sites. Lots of room and price. Felt safe inside the building with the front desk person always there and door being locked when it got dark. Also very comfortable beds.

The entire floor had an overpowering odor of marijuana to the point it bothered my lungs ( I have respiratory issues though). The walls are super thin also, you can hear complete conversations in the room next to you and unfortunately their tv choices all night

The staff was amazing. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The location was ideal. Valet parking was prompt and user friendly. It was an enjoyable stay.

Temperature of the room was uncontrollable and really hot, thermostat read 78 degrees in the room. Neighboring room had dogs barking between midnight and 3 am. The shower water when set to the ideal temperature made an awful noise in the plumbing and it made me afraid that I was bothering the neighbors.

I like the location and the rooms. The rooms are clean and apartment style which is really nice.

The sink had nowhere to put my things - no surfaces in the bathroom at all. No fan either. The bed was springy and every time my partner moved it woke me up. The whole apartment seemed set up backwards, with the bed in the lower level and a living room upstairs. I would have rather had a couch downstairs to sit on. The next door neighbor had loud music, but since they seemed to be regular residents we didn’t think we could do much about it.

The decor was nice. Friendly staff. The location was great.

Unfortunately it is an old building and had noisy plumbing. The head clearance and the clearance around the bed was restricted by the plumbing pipes. Perhaps a better layout of the bed and furniture in the loft would help improve this.

The loft space with the bed got unbearably uncomfortable at night, and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. The pipes above the bed make a lot of noise at night. Staff was meh, but they didn't ruin the stay.

Maybe stash some tide pods in room for use with washer/dryer.

I was pretty sure I booked a double queen room but with the delay in arrival maybe it was given to someone else. The king size bed and sleeper couch were still comfortable to sleep in. The unit itself was a pleasant surprise especially the kitchen area and mini washer/dryer unit in room.

The unit in the booking photo was not at all what I received and no explanation was given. The checkin process was terrible because the system was very slow.

The automated, text service from SoSuite leave room for improvement. The requests we made for a mattress cover, coffee pot and schedule flexibility were only met if we took care of it ourselves.

The building, location, Jaylon and front desk staff are great.

Thin walls. Heard a conversation in an adjacent room very clearly. Some street noise, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. Couldn't get the Espresso machine to work. Check in process online is required, but not difficult.

Very clean and modern studio apartment with large bathroom-shower. Comfortable bed and easy to adjust heat in room. Nice mini-kitchen and Espresso machine. Excellent location, steps away from Independence Hall and Liberty Bell. Many museums and restaurants nearby. SoSuite was very responsive to our texts and building receptionists were helpful.

Nothing major just simple suggestions. USB outlet or two would be a great addition. Coffee mugs as well. Couldn’t find them anywhere.

The couch in Living room was not very comfortable and the locking of the door at 10:57 am was annoying. We were on our way back up to get our prepacked luggage and could not get back into room.

The apartment was beautiful and the old building was magnificent. Excellent location, so close to Old City and Liberty bell. The coffee in room was delish.

Some issues with sofa and low ceilings in loft. Dangerous nails on ceiling could hurt you. Bathroom was on lower floor. No tv in bedroom.

The check in process was terrible. The desk worker was in over his head. I was never told or shown the price per night/ total for the stay. No thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. The comforter on the bed was too heavy (warm), no other blankets were found in the suite. Noise from the hallway and other rooms was excessive.

I wasn't aware breakfast was provided.
